The dark hair lady who works nights is one of the rudest people I've ever met. I think she's just not a fan of colored people because it was all smiles to the white dude before me.

Staff isn't friendly, the store is always out of items and the fountain machine is always broken or out of cups/lids or beverage selection is unavailable.

I would like to give this a negative 1star as I'm calling the location at this moment and writing a review. The phone just rings and then hangs up. I have called this location several times and left a number for the manager to contact me about a pump that got stuck, and instead of getting 10$ worth of gas it kept running until it charged me almost 40$ worth of gas. I had to yell at a man leaving the store to tell the clerk to manually STOP the pump. By the time he stopped it I was charged triple the amount I was trying to get. I left my number for a manager to call back and here we are 10 calls and 3 days in and no contact from a manager. when I left after speaking to the clerk that night I suggested that he put a sign on the pump in question, so others wont use it and have the same issue. When I returned that same night after waiting for the manager who was suppose to come in at ten did NOT call me back there was no sign. She informed me she saw my number but couldn't do anything so she didn't bother to call. She then began to tell me how pumps work as if I didn't apply everything I know about pumping gas to try and STOP the pump. lol...what? I think after 25 years of pumping gas I know HOW to stop a pump. Stopping a pump that WONT stop is a different story. She said she was only an assistant manager and could do nothing. I understand people not caring about their jobs especially when there are no incentives to do such, but have ya'll done away with basic customer service completely? She offered NO solutions just an "oops our bad"... This is not the only time I've had issues with this location but it is the first time I have been so upset to do one of these stupid reviews. This is pathetic. I guess when you are overcharging your customers you just dont care what happens as long as you can make a profit. I knew not to use this location that night and next time I and always I will go with my FIRST instinct. Hopefully everyone else realizes how horrible this location is and they also go to other options. Lastly, I would like to say "Thank You" to Stephanie the GM who never took the time to at least call me back.I also noticed they only respond to the positive feedback on here. But I'm also willing to guess the positive feedback is from their own employees or close friends being as all of those reviews are limited on explanation of their experience. I know some companies do that to boost their rating

I'm not using self checkout. I have found an alternative that is 528 feet further away. They aren't open 24 hours, but I can plan ahead.

This is a nice quiet place to stop to get gas right outside of LaGrange towards Brownsboro, the clerk was a nice lady. Hello, nice lady. Store had a clean parking lot, was clean and sparkling with bright, welcoming light, the gas pumps were more than the usual. They where nice, clean, good looking pumps that visually make a statement "I'm better than those others". Truly, as I was observing them as I drove away to work, they actually seemed sturdier, wider (width/depth/height? Do they actually exist? Or maybe I was actually excited to buy gasoline from the pleasant feeling and mood this location caused? Wow, to actually enjoy making a fuel purchase? I can't recall that I was ever in a good mood and enjoying buying gas anywhere, at any time in my life since I was 16. I don't remember or recall one single time that I was happy to be purchasing gas. So if you want to get in a good mood and see some pleasantness and some cleanliness and something different, right outside past the courthouse on 1st Street not quite out of LaGrange towards brownsboro is the place to go to circle k a single aisle of 2 double pumps is it. Even though we were in the rush because it was early morning and going to work, everyone seemed laid back. It has a nice sign (looks new) high up right close to the road that displays price for 87 octane I do believe. Now that I think on it, whoever owns this place takes excellent care of it and cares about it. It says a lot about business, that whoever is responsible for it (i.e. owning it) they care about it, most definitely everything else as well, including the customer. Five stars, hands down.

Some co-workers and I frequent here oftentimes on our lunch break, being it's the 1 and only station open after hour's in LaGrange. As if that isn't bad enough, We all have to deal with a "Bi-polar Grumpy old man" as most call him. He is out of hand, Customer service is non-existent. It doesn't matter how nice & polite you are he just won't except it, to the point we haven't gone back. We will not be back until he is gone.Completely unacceptable!

The older gentleman who works graveyard is very disrespectful even Aggressive at times. I no longer allow my children to go to Circle k. What a shame when the other gas stations are under construction. I'll be pleased when they reopen the speedway.

I went to my local gas station that I have been a regular customer of for the past two years. As I walked up to the counter I looked at the cashier and asked if I could have 10 packs of cigarettes'. Without leaving a second to breath in between the cashier (Ashley wash, as her name tag said) immediately threw her hands up in the air and said "NO! I'M NOT DOING THAT" with a raised voice. In all my life I have never been spoken to in this manner and especially by a customer service representative. I proceeded to ask why and she replied with "WE HAVE A LINE", again, with a raised voice. I turn around to check the on the absolute chaos that must have been happening behind to have warranted such attitude from this lady and noticed there were two people behind me. I also noticed that there was another available cashier behind the counter. Ashley the proceeded to ignore me and look toward the people behind me and shouted "NEXT", I looked at the customers behind me, apologized to them and looked back at Ashley and insisted that I be served since I am a paying customer and that I should be treated no differently than anyone else. She still refused me service, the other attendant Ray, who's always been polite, asked what the problem was, I told him I was asking for my usual transaction and in order to defuse the situation as quickly as possible he offered to take care of my transaction for me. I can't begin to describe how disappointed I was to hear Ashley continue to talk in a disrespectful manner about me to other customers!!!! This is so ridiculously unprofessional that I was left shaking with anger and speechless!!! I asked for the managers name and number, they gave me a name and just wrote down the store number, which is currently useless to me since I wanted this addressed immediately. So I called many other numbers and got nowhere. So I'm here, writing this email in hope that I get a response and this gets addressed with a rapid response. This girl needs to be relieved of her customer service duty.

Consistently the rudest gas station workers in town. They've lost mine and my family's business for good.I actively avoid giving them my business based of past experiences, but today I was short on time, so I stopped in to buy a drink and lotto tickets. And I was over charged for the drink. Again. The exact monetary difference wasn't alot; the problem is, not only was I over-charged, but the cashier explained it away by saying I had a "double drink" -which isn't a thing. Prices are set and advertised by the cup size, or in the case of frozen drinks, by it being a frozen drink. Simple.I had brought in what I knew the drink cost; but still had to go back to the car and get more money. When I told her that she was over charging me, not only did she use the excuse I had a 'double drink' (which if l had actually had a double drink, it wouldn't have fit in my cup, and she actually wouldn't have charged me enough), but she then told me the classic "I didn't have to shop there if I didn't want to."First off, as the paying public (in a very small town), employees shouldn't tell customers to go somewhere else. Because that leads to posts like this, and relating this to work associates, friends and relatives; for them to take that workers advice. And my past experiences with this location and these workers have been that the lotto machine apparently only works at certain times. Because every single time I go in there at night, I'm told the machines are down. Funny, because when I then go elsewhere, I have no problem getting a ticket.
