I had a wonderful experience! The gentleman I dealt with was Jay, he was very pleasant and left me feeling confident that he was honest and trustworthy! I thank him as well as any technician that got my vehicle back in running condition. I will definitely be back as needed ! I have been a customer of Ken Twowery for many years including when I could only go to Louisville to get service, so glad to have a shop in Lagrange!

I have to revise my previous experience when I wrote 'Good pricing and friendly service'. Towery like most auto repair shops has gone crazy with their markup on parts. I bought the part I needed with a lifetime warranty for $72. Towery quoted $234. That's a 325% markup. They quoted $67 for the labor. It took me 15 minutes to install. It's literally 2 screws and a clip. I will avoid Towery at all costs. I just can't trust them.

Recently took my truck in for leaking coolant. Thought I was fixing my issues when I got the radiator fixed only to find out a week latter it was still leaking when I brought it back they told me the radiator reservoir was leaking. They ended up fixing both things but having my truck back for those two weeks I took it back a third time staying im still leaking coolant from the reservoir still. After having in the shop for a long weekend they came back and said it’s holding coolant and the pressure is good anywhere from 205 to 215 degrees. Two weeks latter after I didn’t drive it for two weeks I found out it was leaking once more and over heating like normal. Took in a fourth time in 4 straight weeks with the same problem finally they told me it’s the head gasket after all the time and work driving back and forth from work vacation and everything I did more damage to my engine they I thought. Called them and asked if they new about this two week prior and they said we thought about it but if was holding good pressure. That’s not being a good manager or even a good mechanic to let your customer keep coming in for the same problem when your shop led it to an even bigger issue. Will never go back, not only is my truck out of commission but they won’t pay for a new engine replacement or even accept there at fault. Last my dad took his car in also for a oil leak which they fixed but a month latter he had a bigger spill same time my truck has been in the shop here. Two days latter we see it leaking oil and the whole car smells of burnt oil. Highly recommend no one come here for any car service. Very poor mechanics and even worse management for not owning up to there mistakes.

Bad experience there never come back again they tell me they gonna charge me for 130 for something wrong in the car and I picked up few h later they charge me 900 dólares ! With not my authorization they dont refound me anything

Took my vehicle up to have tires put on it and alignment. I got it back my steering wheel look like I was taking a right turn and it was pulling into the right. They did an inspection on it and said there was nothing wrong. I got it back. The rubber boot was tore up on the axle. I took it back. Second time I put new rubber boot on it. They aligned it again. Also, during this they had to hit the side of my front driver side bumper, and then gave me a hard time about your insurance. Try to tell me it didn’t happen there and I told him yes it did. I have Videos of vehicle before I dropped it off because this had happened to me one time at Chevy dealer, but they fixed my vehicle. Canari ended up getting her insurance contact me insurance help me go to the spot. They denied my claim. Tried to say it didn’t happen there and I told him I had videos before and after they didn’t wanna see him I had such fresh clear cloth hanging off of it when I went to pick it up, it was blowing in the air, a breeze that day like hair the guy at Ken tire rubbed it off, trying to kick you from having evidence and until the day they haven’t fixed my vehicle it was approved by their insurance then after they got the vehicle winner, got their stuff cleaned up, turned around and denied it after having my vehicle for two weeks at a repair shop so they’re all in cahoots together. I would say don’t take your vehicle to Kintyre in Lagrange because if anything happens to your vehicle, they won’t fix it if they’re responsible for it they’ll say they’re not.

Dropped my car off way 4:30 am called at 4 pm only to be told that they don’t have my car or my keys. Came to the location at 4:15 pm to find my car and the keys at the facility with the guy at the counter. The car just sat there all day. Horrible service. I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero. Horrible establishment.

Don't try to get any work done on your car here. They never have employees to do the job you need done. Waitied over a year to get the alignments, that I paid for that they never had a tech to do for my car. Now I have wire showing on my tire, they will not sit there and honor replacing it

Unfortunate flat tire at the beginning of an 11-hour trip. Very fortunate to find a Ken Towery store open on the Fourth of July. Ended up replacing all four tires a little earlier than we’d hope, but they are very efficient getting us back on the road. Great customer service!
