It was okay. The aisles are wayyyyyy too narrow to pass one cart, let alone two. Some great sale prices, but we were quick to grab what we needed before we needed to dodge more shoppers.

The music is in this place is pure garbage and still playing the same songs for years now. The announcements they constantly make to makes their stores look good is beyond irritating. Get a better Playlist and stop with the petty announcements. I feel bad for your employees there.

My fiancé went in to the Deli and asked if the had Sara Lee honey ham and the guy behind the counter was in a horrible mood and just replied “NO.” She then had to ask if they had any honey ham at all and he just simply replied “yes.” So she just said give me a pound of whatever you have. The 1/2 pound of Colby jack cheese she got was carelessly thrown in the deli bag and half broken up which is ridiculous. She also asked for the ham to be super thin and it was cut at least at a 2.I understand a business being busy. I go through it myself at my own work on a daily basis. It can be frustrating and annoying as an employee but you cannot let it affect your performance/service/final product the customer pays for and takes home. Now we have broken cheese that was expensive and thicker ham than my fiancé’s liking because he was too lazy to adjust the slicer. We aren’t fans of Walmart but at least haven’t had multiple problems there like we have at this deli over multiple shopping sessions.

Nice clean store with great staff. Usually well stocked even in these difficult times. Produce is always amazingly fresh, neatly displayed and reasonably priced. Fish selection looks awesome.

Only one lane open. Shout out to Cole for keeping the long line. He did great and deserves all the credit but he should have definitely been helped out. The poor kid, I know its his job but Kroger needs to do better. Disappointed in management.Go Cole!

Every time I get Starbucks in the morning here I’m angry for the rest of the day because they apparently think they’re saving money by using less beans than they’re supposed to, because my coffee always tastes like water. If I wanted brown dirt tasting water I’d just take a cup for free and scoop pot hole water into it and maybe add a sugar packet or two in there so I can feel the crash with no caffeine. If I wanted coffee like this, I probably wouldn’t be going to a “Starbucks” in the first place. Don’t ? mess ? with ? peoples ? caffeine ! ! !Also, this Kroger doesn’t check dates and every time I shop here I end up with expired food. Lastly, the produce manager is a creep who berated me in front of customers and management when I didn’t know I was doing anything wrong. This Kroger is a joke and it always has been but I’m sure they’ll continue to get away with it for lack of competition or demand from anyone else for anything better.

This Kroger is consistently terrible, especially with grocery pickup. I understand the worker shortage and the supply shortage. What I cannot understand or have sympathy for is FOOD SAFETY HAZARDS. That is completely unacceptable because it can cause serious illness and death. As a former food safety teacher, I'm extra appalled knowing the risks associated with improper food handling. First, it was that they sat 2 large packs of raw chicken in a bag on top of several items such as bagels, granola bars and cheese and the chicken leaked all over the food causing $40 worth of groceries to be soaked in raw chicken juice. They credited me appropriately but how wasteful! And how scary that if someone didn't know and ate their bagels after that, they could've been gravely ill. Not to mention, I was 7 months pregnant at the time thus posing an extra risk if I hadn't known. And how scary their clerks aren't trained in proper handling! They work at a grocery store! The next offense was today, which has pushed me to the point of never returning to this store for pickup. This was the pepperoni they selected for my order and sent home with me. The point of grocery pickup is to not take my 2 children under 2 into the store, but everytime I do pickup I end up in the store anyway. And once again - TRAIN YOUR FOOD HANDLING EMPLOYEES IN FOOD SAFETY!! This is a BIG DEAL! Yes, I have notified corporate and the store both times.

Cashier didn't make sure my card with through before she cashed me out. They didn't give me back all my card savings at customer service even after I added it up. They basically stole about $20 from me and refused to fix it. Never again will I deal with these thieves. I work at the Ford plant and will make sure to tell all my coworkers not to deal with Kroger either

What a disappointment of store. Kroger was my favorite store to do my grocery shopping. I will not be doing my grocery shopping at this Kroger anymore. I needed help finding a product and asked two different employees and they both had no idea where the product was and sent me to a different department. They didn’t even try to help me.I have seen other employees at other stores helping the customers find what they are looking for but these employees don’t care at all.Very disappointed

Kroger delivery guy can't follow directions. I pointed to where to put my groceries, looking in that direction, and he confirmed with an ok. But he put the groceries in the opposite side. Maybe he was made because I didn't tip. But I had just stepped out of the shower and was peeking around the corner of the door. But even so, not an excuse for bad service. Especially during a pandemic. ~Sat. April. 10, 2021.

As an ex employee the only good thing ab this store is each other. You can ask anyone who works there and they can name the managers they don’t and do like. Its either their nice or rude. The store I feel is understaffed and in a rush, they are not organized with a lot of stuff and it was a struggle to be motivated to go and work. If this is you’re first job your co workers are what will get you through the day.

This store is not unresponsive in their dealing with the public from the manager on down. They cancel orders, don't wear masks half of the time, give cucumbers with mold spots on them, safety foils off salads. When you complain you get a 10 minute runaround on the phone, no results and F*** you attitude. This store used to be good.

I recommend BUT also recommend the young lady doing put backs tonight 11/11 around 8pm wear her mask. Not have it dangling off her ear exposing her entire face.

I was followed, humiliated, accused, degraded, and harassed by the produce manager.
