Everytime I call and speak to someone at the pharmacy, I feel like an inconvenience in the way they talk to me. Unfortunately this is the closest one to me, or I would never go back.

Kroger beats out other popular pharmacies with their service by a country mile. I have been going to the Kroger pharmacy for most of my prescriptions for years. If the medication prices go up, they still go out of their way to give you the best deal. I appreciate that from a busy place.

The service and people are good. However, I don’t like that my medications are now in plastic bags at a time when the world is trying to reduce the use and waste of plastic. Grade F. Just give me the medicine to put in my purse or pocket as less waste.

We used this location for 6 months. In that time, 100 percent of our medications for autistic son were late. Every month we had to add additional steps and make calls to cover down on their downfalls. It became us guiding them to get our son's medications. Each month they dropped the ball somewhere. We have now moved locations to Carrollton and the service + punctuality is a complete different and great experience.

Sometimes some people there aren't friendly. I feel like I'm given an attitude for no reason when I call to ask about prescriptions. There are long wait times in the drive-thru but that doesn't bother me much. I just want to be talked to nicely: )

The fact that they allow customers to sit at the window and wait for their prescription to be filled deserves zero stars, but that's not an option. I say allow because it's not a first time issue.

The staff is amazing! There were several issues with medication my daughter needed and they all rallied together and did everything they could to make it all work. They called other pharmacies, doctors offices... you name it, they did it! I am so happy that they took the time, and genuinely cared to help my daughter feel better!
