I have been using Med Save for a few years now and I couldn’t be more satisfied. They transferred all my prescriptions from my old pharmacy, Walgreens, and I wish I had done it sooner. You call and someone answers. They always have a pharmacist on duty. They are all personable and don’t act like you are bothering them. I love my local pharmacy.

I had to pick up meds urgently and they were able to fill it quickly. Very nice people here too. Definitely a way better experience than my usual pharmacy.

On multiple occasions, I’ve had a doctor call in urgent prescriptions to MedSave. I called them 30 minutes after the appointment and they had only just received the prescription. I told them I was 10 minutes away, they offered each time to go ahead and start filling. By the time I walked in, they were just finishing up. You don’t get that level of service at other pharmacies.

I have enjoyed doing business here for a while , Carrie is absolutely wonderful and so has most of the staff, except one. He (clerk ID # 2517) is an absolute disrespectful jerk. If he worked for me I would fire him immediately, as he is costing you customers. Lost me today, and the lady that was in line with me. The guy is just a damn jerk and should never be in the face of the public …. If you want to retain customers. Walgreens here I come !

This is what a pharmacy should be. You can talk to a person who knows you about what you need. They work hard to make sure that you can utilize manufacturers coupons and provide no hassle immunizations. Thanks, MedSave!
