Red Dot bought the storage facility we used for years. They've been steadily raising the rent ever since and yesterday I got an email: "Did you move out? We found your unit open and empty with no lock on it. Reply soon to avoid cancellation." Someone cleaned out the 10x25 unit completely. Their phone staff was rude and they're not particularly interested in answering any questions or assisting us in figuring out what happened. Highly advise against doing business with these people.

I rented a unit and was given a gate code that didnt work, 12 hours later I cancelled the the rental, still unable to get the gate open.I was still charged a $15 non refundable booking fee even though I couldn't get in the gate.
