First, they lied and told me they had open availability when all the other shops said they were months pushed back. My car sat at their shop for a month before they started looking at it.Second, not once did they call me to give me an update. Every time I got new information, it was because I called. They took four months to fix my car. All over a door, they kept telling me a date they would have. Just for me to call on that date and for them to tell me another two weeks to wait. I eventually told them to give me a junkyard door. Which they finally got. I'm yet again waiting for another part! I understand that parts may be hard to get during these times. But your customer service skills, as well as turnaround time for customers, are horrible. I had to share a car with my girlfriend for most of the year because you did not prioritize your customers. Also, I found new scratches on my vehicle and a Swisher wrapper on my door.When I take it through the car wash, my door leaks water, and it sounds like it's open while driving.Also, I just had to replace the struts, which cost me $700 on the same wheel the car got hit on. Indicating they put the same old strut on the wheel after it was slammed into, and my insurance paid them nearly $ 3,000.

I got in a wreck and smashed up the front of my car pretty good.Everyone at Roys was so nice and polite. They kept me in the loop whenever I called to check on my car.Even when something inexcusable happened once I picked it up, they came and got me, got their own tow truck to get my car, gave me a rental and fixed it.Hopefully I won’t need to have my car fixed again but if i do I will definitely take it back here!They take pride in their work and I am grateful for them!Services: Painting

We hit a deer a while back and Chris at Roy’s has been amazing, they are doing everything to make everything go smooth as possible, Tandy has called and helped in every way, if we ever have another accident we will be going back to Roy’s, thank you all for what you have been doing for us

I was a victim of a hit and run in Louisville, KY. Thankfully, I have great insurance and all I needed to worry about was finding a body shop with quick availability, great customer service, and proven experience. My coworker suggested Roy's Body Shop to me and it wasn't the closest to me, but it was a wonderful decision to go with them for my repairs. They were able to give me an initial estimate the same week I called and they were able to schedule my car for repairs within the next two weeks. Tandy was great at communicating with me throughout the process and Chris (Owner) was personable and dedicated to finishing the repairs right. They kept me in the loop regarding the repairs so I never had to question the status of the job. When I got the call to pick up the car, they had detailed my vehicle so it looked like it had just come off the lot at a dealership. They have been great every step of the way and I would highly suggest anyone to go to them for their auto shop needs.Services: Painting

You took my car in for an alignment, and then you found out that I needed more parts. Which tells me your technicians are incompetent. I understand that parts may be hard to get during these times. But your customer service skills, as well as turnaround time for customers, are horrible. I had to share a car with my girlfriend for a good part of the year because you guys did not prioritize your customer. Also, I found new scratches on my vehicle, as well as a swishers wrapper in my door.Edit: My door leaks water when I take it thru the car wash and it sounds like it’s open while driving. Don’t take your car here these guys do terrible work.*Also some of the reviews they have seem fake. Be careful with this place.*

Had body work done on SUV after hit by a deer. My bumper was fine and I asked for it to not be replaced. They replaced it and put on a regular bumper instead of one for a trailer hitch. My hitch was now no longer usable. They also damaged my blindspot detector sensor when doing repair and refused to fix it. I had other assessments done by 2 other body shops which took pictures and proved that Roy's had done the damage and how. But Roy's refused to fix it. So with no use of our hitch and no blindspot detectors, we sold the suv and bought new vehicle. Don't go to Roy's!And YES IT DID HAPPEN at Roy's in La Grange, KY and Chris did it. Don't tell me I have the wrong body shop!

Well, if I could give these folks 10 stars I would. Absolutely the finest service and work I've ever experienced--and, sad to say, I've needed repairs from more than a couple of body shops during these 45+ years of driving. They're as friendly and as professional as the A+++ work they do. They made an unfortunate situation with my car into a very positive outcome. I had body work done on my Ridgeline at this shop. They did a super fantastic job. My truck looks better than new and the repair price was very reasonable. I hope I never need them again but if I do I won’t go anywhere else. Highly recommend.

If I could give these folks TEN stars I would. Just absolute professionals and as friendly as the day is long. They took an unfortunate incident with my car and turned into a very positive outcome--and it was ready when they said it would be ready. That hasn't always been the case at other shops I've been to before. The work was outstanding--my car looks better now than when it was in the showroom, brand new! It could not have been cleaner after all their work. Thank you all! They have my highest possible appreciation and recommendation.
