Went to do an Amazon return and told I needed another box to go around the manufacturer box and when asked how much he told me 15. A box doesn't cost 15. That's highway robbery and sounds like guy trying to be a jerk. I'll get my own box.

Wife made an Amazon return and bought me a book of stamps that he charges a $4.20 fee. He doesn't tell you about the fee, nor is it shown on the receipt. Just rings up at $17.40 for a $13.20 book of stamps. Very poor attitude. Acted like he shouldn't have to disclose that he charges a "convenience" fee.

This La Grange store is always clean and has vast amounts of selections of services. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable, and well trained. If you have a question or problem they have an answer.

The new ownership is in-experienced. I attempted to return an item from Amazon, and they proceeded with it and scanned everything. The manager comes over and tells the employee to cancel the transaction. They said I have to bring my item back packaged. I went into my Amazon app and the refund says it has been completed but I haven’t received my refund because I didn’t send the item in. They basically processed my return and cancelled it, allowing me no way to return my product. The employees were unapologetic and unhelpful. I would prefer not to return to this location. Even though I live in La Grange, I would prefer to go to USPS or Louisville if I need services because it is not worth the hassle or poor service to visit the La Grange store. Especially if they ruin your chance at a return on Amazon. They also hassle you for other services. The employees are trained to consistently list their services during every transaction, when the customer does not ask. It is quite annoying and gives the store a greedy vibe. The new owner is possibly money hungry and most likely sacrifices customer service for monetary gain.

Returned a package to Amazon yesterday and never dreamed how easy it would be. Owner was so kind and helpful and the store was immaculate. The entire process only took a few minutes and I’ve already received my refund from Amazon! Thanks to the owner for a great experience.

The customer service and efficiency of the store is great. I think this is a family owned business and the husband and wife run it. Very nice people.

I have been waiting on an expedited two days shipping package 5daysi paid extra and they lost the package, told me me it was in 4 differnt locations and was scand in them location, when my tracking only shows one location scand then told me it never left another location.. poor company cant keep there word or tell the truth
