Manager acted clueless on helping and was nonchalant about the problem. When I'm sure if she wanted to she could actually help. Prices were marked but not correct. Service was super slow to checkout due to said problems. Worse walgreens I've been to. Makes sense why it's only 2 stars.

We waited an hour and a half for three simple, common prescriptions on a Saturday afternoon. And when I went back to the pharmacy to check on them the first time no one would even turn around and acknowledge me. Never again.

Long wait or no answer on the phone. Medications are either out of stock or late filling them. Staff is nice when and if they answer they phone.

As I write this review, it’s has been 22 minutes that I’ve been sitting in the drive thru line with my toddler and still not at the window. When we got in line only 2 cars were in front of us. This is not the first time. Time to switch.

Went there for 5 years since I moved here, finally got tired of waiting 45 minutes in drive through and switched to a different company mail order and no more waiting. That said, all service is worse since covid and staffing issues but this place you mentally have to gear up if you're going to go pick up a prescription.

They earn their poor reputation honestly!Their customer service is awful and mainly by a couple of females that wait on you!!! It’s such a shame as military must use this pharmacy.

Would give negative stars. It shouldn't take over an hour to talk to a person to find out if your medication has been filled ever. This has happened repeatedly and is totally unacceptable.

Slow to fill prescriptions, won't pick up the phone. There is no reason someone should have to be on hold for 50 min just to get hung up on without even speaking to anyone. Do better Walgreens!

Once again..... having to wait forever to get a prescription filled. I got dental work done and have been waiting 3 hours for them to fill the prescription. Yes, they did take a lunch in that time period but, when I came back 30 minutes after their lunch I was told it wasn't ready still. Then when I asked for an estimate I was told.... we have about 75 scripts to fill. Never got a time frame just how many they have to fill.

We have been in line for 40+ minutes after we were told to come back after arriving just an hour after visiting an urgent care. They only have TWO employees in the pharmacy. Both are very lazy and slow. If you can't maintain employees, you shouldn't be open!

I used to be a regular customer; however, service has been poor for a while. I waited on the phone for over 30 minutes to get an answer to my question. Everytime I have had to call, it takes more than 25 minutes to get someone to pick up. One day I made a call from work and waited 10 minutes. I got in my car, still on hold, and drove home to pick up my medication. I was still on hold while I was waiting in the drive thru. When I drove up to the window, someone finally picked up the phone. On hold for over 40 minutes!!!!!When I pick up my medication, the line of cars is ridiculous. I can be sitting for over a 1/2 an hour before getting served.I tried to use the Walgreen's chat, but it cannot give answers about medication.

The waiting is absolutely insane. I had to change my pharmacy because my old pharmacy stopped taking my insurance. The drive thru is backed up 6-7 cars waiting 45 minutes to an hour and coming in it’s backed up 5-6 people. 30-45 minutes Something should be improved with this process. There should be no reason people are waiting this long.

Was trying to inquire on prescription that was delayed/denied.After being on hold for 20 minutes, it is now lunch break at 1:00 and my call is now to be held for an additional 30 minutes until the pharmacy opens back up at 1:30. I hang up and call back after 1:30 and I am on hold for another 40 minutes only to be disconnected when the pharmacy picks up and cuts me off. My frustration level is increasing so I try back at 5:15 only to be advised by the CSR that my script that my PCP had submitted was closed by "someone", so now I am advised that I need contact my PCP and request another prescription from his office for Walgreens to proceed. My frustration is increasing due to the previous phone issue, and I advise the CSR that is unacceptable for the prescription on my profile to be closed, not the first time this has happened by Walgreens. The CSR than disconnects the call without any other solution or option. The only option for me is to reach out to the PCP and request another prescription submission. To the CSR working the phone your professionalism could most certainly improve. Terrible customer service I wish I would have gotten your name before you rudely hung up.

Probably the slowest pharmacy in the state. It would be faster to get your prescription filled in Louisville and drive there to pick it up than go here. Slow as molasses.

They took 4 hours to fill a bottle with 20 pills on a weeknight. Additionally, I was placed on hold for more than 20 minutes with no answer until deciding to go in store. Upon entering store, pharmacy employees were working lazily. I do not mean any disrespect, instead I intend to share the facts so others can make an informed decision. The service was unacceptable. Do not use this Walgreens for your pharmacy.
