Cassey was our mortgage officer and she was absolutely phenomenal! The process went very smoothly and we barely had to worry about anything. She was very knowledgeable, thorough, understanding and caring. We felt as if our needs and concerns were her top priority, even though I know she had other clients to take care of as well.
