I had several different returns and packages to send. The woman was incredibly patient and friendly. She helped me select the best method to ship, taped my packages, and even gave me directions to ups. Wish every place had that kind of customer service!

Staff was polite and helped get me in and out. They made shipping laptop with a lithium battery and relatively painless process.

The way it was not my favorite but what else can you expect from a post office. The clerk was very helpful but the manager Jordan, went out of his way to help me with a situation that has been going on for almost 2 years. He took the time to personalize and write out a letter explain to me in detail what was going on and made himself available for any questions that I have in the future. And that The business that I’m dealing with now has all of his personal information in case there is another situation. I greatly appreciate the professionalism as well as the great attitude and friendliness. I am extremely happy that this is my new neighborhood. Post Office and I just wanted to point that out and make sure Jordan is recognized for his personal attention, thank you!

One of the better post offices in Northern Kentucky. The line can be long sometimes, but I've received good customer service. Easy to park and get in and out quickly.

I continue to have issues with delivery of mail. I get wrong mail and my mail delivered elsewhere. Lost mail and late mail. I received a Christmas card over 2 months after mailed to me from Louisville. I have talked to managers. Some nice and say they will take care of. Others make excuses. Today I received 3 weeks of a weekly antique newspaper I get. It comes weekly and has been consistently sent weekly yet today my mail person delivered 3 weeks at one time, which means 2 weeks are old news. I am not sure why the post office can’t get this figured out and hire more qualified people. Very frustrating. This is why no one trusts using postal services.

The woman who was the “customer service” agent acted like she was working a prison or DMV. Absolutely no consideration and an abysmally rude human.

The letter carrier constantly delivers mail that doesn't live at my location. Even after writing that for them. Yet they just ignore it. I know it's hard to read but my name is on my mailbox. If I refuse the mail they just put it back in my mailbox the next time they come. Came home Friday to trash in my mailbox and my name tag was removed from it.

I've been using the post office on Buttermilk Pike for a while now. I'm really happy with my choice to get a PO Box here. The prices are unbeatable for having a second address to get items delivered to. The service has been consistently reliable over the 10+ years that this location has been our main post office. The counter workers are pretty good about tackling the line as fast as they can. If you are in a hurry, this location has a self service kiosk that never has any line. This location is convenient, affordable and gets the job done!

We used the kiosk to buy postage for some packages, and the machine did not print the postage or our receipt. We waited almost 20 minutes, and the machine would not distribute the stamps. We contacted USPS and Aurelia reached out to help. She was extremely polite and professional. We were able to get the issue resolved and while it was frustrating to not be able to mail our packages that evening, at least they were able to make sure we weren't charged for the postage that wasn't received.

Never met usps I didn't like. Thanks for helping my ebay store with those priority boxes. Came in super handy. Also would recommend a p.o. box.

Can’t say enough good things about this post office!! Always top notch, polite, helpful, and attentive! There are other post offices closer to me but I go here because I know the service is consistent and stellar! Makes going to the post office enjoyable! :)
