The set-up was quick and affordable. A week later I had difficulty getting my laptop set-up. They came right out to my house and with-in 5 minutes my laptop top was up and running. Excellent service.

Took a while to get the new tower put up but now that it is highly recommend Ken is awesome...not sure why they felt the lady who answers the phone as rude ive talked to her many times and never seemed rude to me....busy but not to busy to answer my questions....getting what i pay for at the highest tier give this place a solid 99 out of 100....

If it wasn’t all that was available in my area I would have cancelled. Our internet is spotty at best and every night from 7 pm on we can’t stream any of our shows because of such bad service. Often goes out for days at a time and customer service acts extremely bothered if you call them to report an issue. If you have any other option, take it. This company is a rip-off.

Terrible service. My wife and I lived in Lancaster for 6 months. I would guess wehad about 3 months up time. This was the best option in the area.Seriously, i have had better dial up.

Terrible service. Cannot stay connected to the internet, cannot stream movies, etc. Service goes down for days at a time. Multiple restarts rarely fix the problem. I don’t understand how this company stays in business, am currently looking for another provider in this area. Thoroughly disappointed. I can’t believe they still send me a bill for service that I don’t get half the time. Updated July 15 - I cancelled this service and got another ISP. I’m paying more but I’m hoping the reliability of the new business makes up for it. The final straw was getting about 45 minutes of use over a three day period, just got tired of how unreliable the service from this company is.

This ISP has the worst customer service, bookkeeping, and internet service I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with.I have have been with them for 6 months now and have had to call on multiple occasions for multiple issues. Each time I have called them I have have not been able to speak to a representative (despite calling during working hours) and have had to leave a message. On one occasion they did not even return my call (which was regarding a service outage that lasted multiple days.)With regards to their bookkeeping, I have kept up to date with my payments by mailing in checks. Some of these checks are not cashed until weeks later than should be expected. Even though these checks are eventually cashed, they do not show up on my invoice. My current invoice shows me at three months past due, when I am actually prepaid for my next month. I have called them about this issue and they have assured me that these payments are in their system. My confusion lies with my invoices not reflecting what they tell me is in their system.Lastly, they have poor service. It is not uncommon for my internet service to cut out for hours at a time. Occasionally, my service will cut out for days at a time. I have actually put in a ticket for a service outage that happened 6 days ago, to which I have received no follow up call or technician visit.If you are looking for an ISP, I would highly recommend going with someone else. If you are in the unfortunate situation I am in, where they are one of the only ISP's in the area, I would recommend moving.I would give 0/5 stars if this was an option.

Works one day very well then will not work for 2 or 3 days in a row at all. Can hardly watch Netflix and I have the 6mbps package. When I do call they come and fix nothing. Very unsatisfied. Will be finding a different internet company. If I could rate negative stars on this review I'd do negative 50!!!!!!!!!!

Since wireless systems are less stable than wired, they do have downtime occasionally (usually after storms or high winds). However, they have always been quick to reconnect me or send techs to fix the issue. I have the high speed package and it works great for streaming in HD. They provide the best quality and highest speeds for anywhere that does not have cable available. It is way better than Windstream!
