“Hi, so I was doing my laundry last night and got locked out... My bad there, but I've been calling to try and get ahold of someone to intercept the laundry for me to no avail... I'm going to be gone all weekend for work all weekend and don't want someone to get their hands on it because it's all of my most valued items of clothing... Also, I don't know who the owners are of this place... But I do know they're kind people. after a major over reaction to locking myself out one night they still folded my clothes for me and went very far out of their way to help me get them back.
