My vehicle has now been unusable for 3 weeks because of Precision Auto. The lady in the office is nice and perhaps the owner is a good mechanic. But the overall business is outdated and unorganized in the year 2024. There is no computer system and therefore there is no way to track service needs and parts locations.
I took my SUV on December 9th and was told to return on December 16th for a bearing repair.
I left my SUV and 1 week later on December 23rd there was still no repair and no part for the repair.
At that time, Teresa told me they would be out of the shop from December 24th until January 2nd!!!
I went directly to the shop and picked up my vehicle. They wasted 3 weeks of my time and my SUV was not repaired.

Very fair price, really enjoyed my time there, with 5 star across the street was able to get some refreshments. Very nice people, fast service too

First off. The lady that runs it is very nice person. Not so much good business owner. The mechanics are beginners. They changed a compressor on my car. First one was bad so they replaced it and it still didn’t work so her mechanic ran a bypass from the relay to battery to compressor. If you even know half of what you’re doing you know that’s never a good idea. So he hooked it up on the wrong side and because of what he did it drained my battery and instead of replacing the battery like they should’ve I had to buy a whole new battery myself. Which should’ve been their responsibility since they were the ones that caused it. It’s just sad I thought I had found and honest mechanic. Smh?♂️
