My package was delivered to the wrong address I’ve called non stop for two days a woman from this location called me to tell me the driver realized his mistake was going back to get it and bring it to me no one came it’s now 1 day later nothing done !!! Place is unprofessional

Unreasonable to drive 2hrs to retrieve a package from this location because FedEx deemed my address as "undeliverable". If USPS and UPS don't have an issue then what's the problem? You sat on a package of mine for 4 days saying you were trying to make the delivery when the package was there. My address is undeliverable, the online services don't work and they expect you to handle everything online...well, I can't. Your software is trash. Then they put up more hoops to jump through like it's a matter of national security to get your package from them, only to walk into the location and simply ask for it and sign without showing ID. Kudos FedEx, kudos. Stop stealing my mail.
