Unpleasant staff, very un welcoming, attitude, act like they doing you a favor as you walk in door. spoke to management at the corporate level of course no change.. look for a different branch or bank if you are looking for good pleasant service

clean. need more loan officers. anytime i try and come to talk about a loan, i wait in the waitin room for an hour while ten people walk around and loan officers are in their offices not doing anything, and i eventually leave. very frusterating and a waist of time. it is like they dont want to help they are hoping somone else gets u b4 they have to fool w it. oh n the one time i did get to tlk to a officer they immediatelly acted like they wanted to find evry reasn to NOT work w me so they didnt have to do anything. he was lazy.

I normally avoid calling the bank because it's a hassle. had to call today and spoke with Cody. He was so nice, helpful and professional. CCUKY definitely prides itself on REAL peraonalized customer service, and Cody was the epitome of that.
