One of the worst experiences I’ve had with any business. No one ever answers the phone after being on hold for hours on multiple occasions and no one returns your call after leaving a message. How can anyone conduct business that way?

I have had an awesome experience with this bank! The loan officer or relationship banker helped me with my boat loan and was very pleasant to work with. Her knowledge of loans and interest rates are impressive to say the least. I now understand what a relationship banker brings to the table; before I always did my banking and research on my own; not here. Kudos to First Financial for having such an awesome person on their staff. I highly recommend them.

So far, any time I or someone I know call for information or help the employees who answer come off as rude. A lot of the employees are fake and will talk behind your back as soon as you walk out the door, as well. Take your banking somewhere else.

This is not my local branch, but I was passing through Lawrenceburg, so I went through the drive through. I waited 5 min while watching the cashiers. One never had a customer and the other got one after several minutes. A third employee walked past the window and glanced at me.....still nothing so I rang the buzzer. I was FINALY offered assistance but no apology Customer service is definitely not their focus!

We love this bank. They have been helpful both as Main Source and First Financial. I have managed to lock myself out of my account and it is usually a quick fix. The customer service line walked me through setting up my savings account online without any problems. I love this bank we live 40 miles away from the closest one. I just wish they could open one in our area.

Horrible, just horrible! They were mainsource now bought out by First Financial. I have been locked out of my account for a week. You cant reach anyone on the 877 or main office! You have to leave a message.what happened to someone just answering the PHONE??!!!! I wait on hold for over an hour on the 877 #. DO NOT BANK HERE!!!!

I would give it less then a star if I could. They cut off my card and told me they reactavaed it, mess up my paycheck. I got bills to pay and no way how to till I get my new card in the mail. Plus my bank's number is not even a working number.
