Monster Rings and Cages supplied two canvas' to a customer in April and August of 2024, including rope spacers. Just 12 months later, you can see the state of the rope spacers and the difference in condition of both canvas'. The canvas used in the torn canvas image is clearly of a different quality then the second image. Upon approaching to remind them of the amount of business I had brought them, Mike, the owner of the company completely washed any responsibility. Mike also mentioned that a gym should swap out their boxing ring canvas every 12 months. Unbeknownst to Mike, we share a number of common customers. Upon enquiring with each of them the expected lifetime of a canvas, each one stated that it would be ridiculous for a gym to replace a canvas annually.
It says a lot about the person to be treated this way and my suggestion would be to think again whether you choose Monster Rings and Cages as a future supplier.

Since approximately 2010, I have purchased 5 drop and lock boxing rings from monster rings and cages for my police activities league program and my own personal ring rental business. I also purchase all my ring accessories from them as well. In my opinion there is no other rings out there with there quality. Salin, Mike, and the rest of the staff know the boxing ring business. I have personally been to their facilities where the rings are manufactured. They are built there and sold there.

Easily one of the worst companies I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. After countless delays and lack of communication, I had to resort to filing a chargeback with my credit card company (a first for me). I highly recommend purchasing a ring from essentially any other company or distributor.

I recently purchased 18ft ring padding. I have had constant problems with it curling on the edges. I contacted them about it and they were nice enough to send me a roll of mat tape for free to tape the seams. But even with the tape holding the edges down, the curl in the padding is so strong that the middle bows upwards. I’ve tried flipping it over and it still tries to curl. It’s also only 1” thick compared to 1.5” and 2” padding I’ve used in the past. The thicker padding bumps better also in my opinion than the thinner 1”. Their padding is convenient as it comes in easy to handle sheets. But overall I’m not super happy with it.

I own a Muay Thai Club in Austin, TX. We ordered our ring from Monster Rings & Cages about a year ago and it's beautiful. Freight shipping was timely, assembly was easy, the craftsmanship is great, and they were overall pleasant to deal with during the entire process.I also recently ordered seven hangman bag racks and a T-rack from them, and same same - easy process, solid work, easy install.I will continue to do business with these folks. Have had Monster Rings since 2012! Once we began the Hybrid School of Wrestling all we ever purchased were Monster Rings bc they have always been great Rings and great service. I've never had an issue and continue to purchase items and supplies!!

I own a large gym in Pikeville, TN( The Lab). Monster Rings and Cages is the standard in the industry. They make the rings for USA Boxing. I bought a ring and found the quality to be like a tank and yet can be taken apart and moved without tools. I’m so pleased I just ordered a second ring. TERRIBLE. Ordered bags from this company for opening new gym and was so incredibly disappointed in the quality, service, and outcome. We ordered 26 white bags, when opening them from the cardboard box and plastic wrap, every single bag was stained with blue/ black marks all over it. When contacting the company about this initially, they said the bags must've just gotten dirty from us unpacking and that white bags are hard to keep clean. They even told us to try cleaning them with gasoline. After sending more videos and photos where the stains were clearly coming from the inside of the bag, they blamed the bag manufacturer who filled them and admitted they did not check the bags before they were sent to us! We were given no option to receive new bags, even though what we ordered was totally incorrect at fault of the company. They take absolutely no responsibility or actions to fix the problem, just blame the customer. Terrible, never order from here.In response to the businesses' comment below. I am one of the owners of the company that ordered these bags. I was copied on every email (with Mike Sample and Salin) and those are my shoes in that picture I posted of the bags. This was only one year ago not 2, I can show the invoice and also we only received half of the money back and were forced to open with awful stained bags that still look terrible, we just can't afford to purchase all new bags and close the gym for them to close while they are being made, which was the only solution we were offered. Check your facts before you make a dumb response, just shows further how terrible your customer service really is, wow.

Realistically just a Chinese built ring at an American price. Welds missing on the trusses, weld quality is Chinese level, cracking/porosity etc...resulting in some decent rework to continue using. Edit/Response to Owner - No, I definitely do have the right place. I can post emails with no response to date, or pics of the workmanship, take your pic? I mean just roll through the reviews below...they must be making it all up too?
