Rarely is the dog food I use in stock. I was going to buy a bag because there were two - only to find one had a hole that had been tapped and the second had a still open hole. So there is no guarantee it is a not contaminated and b has full weight I am laying $43 for. A different TSC sold my husband a bag of alfalfa pellets that had been tapped. Found it 10 pounds short when I noticed before opening. All cases selling the products for full price. Why would you sell open bags at full price with feed and dogfood prices already out the wazoo. Garden center had dozens of ailing plants also being sold at full price. Sad for the quality issues.

These guys are the best! I’ve called with really strange questions, they always have a solution and a product for me, if not, they know where to search next. Always super polite and helpful in store as well!

They claim to price match the shelbyville store for chicken feed. I called and got the prices but they wouldn't match it. They said we only match whatever the website says. So basically they DO NOT price match.

Brandon The manager (apparently been working 5 years) is RUDE AT THE LAWRENCEBURG LOCATION, doesn’t care about customers only lying to them and trying to get everybody to get a credit card, he is rude to certain employees as well favors the ones that are good at deceiving the customers and rude to the honest ones, I think it’s more important to be nice to your customers than to meet a quota on your cards just saying

Absolutely great customer service at Lawrenceburg Tractor Supply. I came in with a warrantied item and their team was ready to take care of me! So kind and helpful. I will be returning here rather than the Frankfort store on US60, which is highly lacking in customer service and knowledge of warranty programs. I know Lawrenceburg location values my business.
