Just another scam, like most gyms. Don't be fooled by the low monthly charge. There are hidden, unmentioned charges for everything else. My wife has a reading disability, and when she signed up, they told her that there were no other charges. When she decided it wasn't for her, they charged her an annual fee of $53, and another $53 just for canceling. We were able to block one of the charges but not the other. Look for an independent, honest gym and avoid all the chains. They are all scams, with hidden fees for everything.
Update - After this review, I received a response, asking why I left such a review. I emailed the main headquarters and answered that question - twice. Both emails were ignored.

Never answers the phone or responds to voicemails/messages. Facility is mediocre at best when it comes to cleanliness.

They take Silver Sneakers, which is a plus for us! A non pressure place to lift weights, use various running machines and various other equipment to achieve a better health regiment!

We've been going to this gym for a while now. It's solid all around. Staff are friendly, and they keep the equipment well maintained.

It's okay has everything you need rather small and some of the equipment could use updating

Came by while visiting, was told over the phone I could get a guest pass, but turns out that is only before 8pm so stop by early if you want to drop by for a single workout at night

Do they accept 13 year olds? I really like this gym and I’m trying to see if they accept 13 year olds

I've been in several of the WOA24/7 's , in various counties. This facility is one of the biggest and most spacious. Very clean. Plenty equipment to choose from. My favorite is the hydro bed. I massage before and after each work out.

Several machines and free weights. Several televisions and WiFi. 24/7 access. There is also tanning and hydro massage. Having 24 access is great.

I’ve spent too long in this gym. One squat rack, one leg press, and 6,000 treadmills which are never being used. Just like every other chain gym. People who join gyms and don't go are the absolute best customers for gyms. Those people are amateur fitness enthusiasts and people who want to lose weight; they see a gym and find weights intimidating and are worried about getting "big muscles by accident". They see a gym and what they want is tons of cardio machines because "that's what they need to do to lose weight". They come and view a gym and see rows and rows of treadmills and think "wow this is perfect, there will always be one available for my fitness journey". So they sign up and never go.Meanwhile the people who actually use the gym 3,4,5,6 times a week are using free weights. But so what, the gym needs more members and the existing ones are happy enough.I’m switching to raising the bar here in town. If you plan on lifting weights, go there instead. Support the small, locally owned gyms instead of having to pay random fees all the time at a chain gym like this with thousands of cardio machines and one squat rack. It’s pathetic
