I waited almost 3 months and dozens of hours with customer service before deciding to leave a review. I was quoted a very good price to switch to Verizon Buisness from consumer. I have the quote and promises made in writing and these are direct verifiable account notations. These quotes and promises were found to be false. The store simply doesn’t do a lot of buisness accounts and was off by about $170 per month plus further compounded by device promotions that they did not and no one at Verizon buisness seems to be able to apply even as of yet. Essentially I’m a very small business, what should have cost about $900-$920 for 3 months is already totaled up over $2100. The district manager asserts the bill is correct and that I’m to blame for add ons. To be clear those add on were quoted in on the account the day I switched. They were deemed required to have and maintain my device credits. Funny thing is anyone who can actually look at the account and set things right from Russel cellular simply won’t talk to the consumer. To recap I have the promises in writing !! They were simply wrong and can’t be matched. All my features have been stripped from the account by corporate Verizon with my authorization as of now in an effort to shrink the bill while I’m having to deal with the cost to keep my business lines active. Beware I’d suggest taking your business needs to any corporate store and avoid this retailer. Out of respect for the local employee the below picture of the account notation has their name redacted.

Completely ridiculous only one person there can’t get no help to care less about my needs while people are making a decision to buy a phone Verizon Charge me almost $300 extra after I did the numbers Verizon customer support couldn’t help me. I can’t get help in the store. Can’t ever talk to a manager completely ridiculous every time I ask for a manager they say they didn’t come in today if anyone knows a good store to go to actually get someone to help you, let me know

My customer service representative was very helpful and very knowledgeable. She helped me a lot with all accessories that I needed. I also saw her handle a very aggressive customer with calmness and professionalism. I was very impressed because I used to work with the public as a restaurant owner.

Screwed up on my payment. Told then I could only do past due amount. Have done this before. but when she went to process the payment, she came back with the paper and said oh I had an Oopsie it charged the past due and the current bill. I know it’s my fault for getting behind, but this was so unprofessional. Gave me a toll-free number to call for Financial services, which is a joke because you can’t get to a real person they keep wanting you to use the automated assistant. Automatically went through my bank, so it’s done!!??? As soon as I have the money to pay off devices, I’m switching to another carrier

This store is a feaking joke! It is not a "verizon" store. It is mearly a front. Any deals that verizon is offering are not worth squat at this location, because they are basically like someone who bought the right to use the verizon name and are making money on the side on every transaction. Now i realize im being screwed! Tried to go in there to start a family plan. I was bringing 3 more people.they would not honor any verizon offers, basically stated that they are not really verizon, just a front. And we have to go to a "real" verizon" location in another town to get the current deals. Do yourself a favor and drive to ELIZABETHTOWN to a real verizon store. Freaking ridiculous

They are only there for a commission check. They have 0 knowledge of what Verizon offers and even tell people the wrong plan price. Any questions I had I was told to contact Verizon customer service. Setting up the plan the girl that we got stuck with just ran through everything so she can complete the transaction with out setting up our add on’s, didn’t even look to see if they can do employee discounts like I requested, or any other request I had. She does not know how a trade in works as she gave me the wrong information, and the quote we were given before getting the phones is not even near what they are making us pay now after leaving and seeing our bill through the app. Almost $100 more than quoted.
