Candace, the tax pro that took care if me, was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The process was quick and painless, everything was explained to me very well, and even the office was a pleasure to visit. But Candace herself made the entire experience as carefree and easy as I've ever seen, and I'll likely never go to another tax pro knowing that she is at H&R Block.
