“Great people, great mechanics, & fantastic service! Big O came to my rescue twice in the past two weeks. I broke down on the expressway when my car overheated late at night. Had the car towed to Lietchfield Big O and they fixed it first thing the following morning. They didn’t try to sell me anything I didn’t need and fix it promptly so I can get back for a funeral. Today I was dropping off a friend’s son and ran over a screw. I called big O, and even though it was pretty late in the day, they said they could get me in. They plugged my tire for free, as well as stayed late to assist another gentleman with tires. I’ll definitely be back!”
