I purchased an additional line for my sister and her phone was to be picked up in Leitchfield Kentucky, at the Russell Cellular store. The first individual she encountered when she went to pick up her phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. He stated phones cannot be ordered online for in-store pickup. His entire demeanor and attitude toward my sister was unfriendly and unhelpful to say the least. Eventually another employee did help my sister and she was able to pick up her new Verizon phone. It is unfortunate my sister had to experience such a rude individual who she believed was also part of management.

April 12, 2024, I went into the store to pick up an Apple iPhone which my brother had ordered for me online. The person who "assisted" me was not a regular employee of the store, per his own admission, but was wearing a Russell Cellular shirt. I think he was a regional manager of some sort. He was VERY RUDE to me and insisted the phone had not been mailed to them. He treated me like I was an idiot for not knowing this. As it turned out, the phone had been mailed there. When I was sitting in my car, another employee came out and asked me my brother's name. I told him and he said, "It's here." I do not recommend this store to anyone. I only hope I don't have any trouble with my phone because I never want to go back.

One star review, if I could give zero I definitely would. Customer service is nonexistent at this location. Steve Miller welcomed us with a look of disgust as we entered today, and was VERY headstrong on the fact that he couldn’t and wouldn’t help us with fixing our insurance claim that goes through Verizon. You’re on your own when you need help with your phone folks, might as well go to straight talk. Back to the terrible customer service shown today (at all the fact that they hide in the corner of the store that they locked one side too so maybe you’ll think they’re closed) wow, never have I ever experienced such Terrible customer service legit as soon as I walk through the door. It was done with such audacity that I left mouth wide open because of the disbelief of how rude and non working with the customer he showed out to be. I’m beyond words. I HOPE yall get better people in there.

1st thing Monday morning I am going to town to find a new cell provider. Was a satisfied Bluegrass customer for many years. My bill was under $50 when they bought Bluegrass and this months bill is over $70. Not worth it.
