“The service had been good in my experience, and the associates are more than happy to answer any questions. The wait times are often too long, however, but I'll attribute this to difficult customers rather than the staff. During my last visit there was a couple being helped who were not bluegrass customers, but the associate did what she could to help them out anyway. Something about getting contacts transferred.”
