“The service had been good in my experience, and the associates are more than happy to answer any questions. The wait times are often too long, however, but I'll attribute this to difficult customers rather than the staff. During my last visit there was a couple being helped who were not bluegrass customers, but the associate did what she could to help them out anyway. Something about getting contacts transferred.”

“After having a terrible experience with the Glasgow AT&T store we came straight to this one and had the best customer service experience we’ve ever had with AT&T. I didn’t get the man’s name but he was super nice, he even turned cartoons on for our kids while we waited. We will definitely be back!”
