I like the store and they usually have a pretty decent selection. I would shop there more if I didn’t order online so often. However; if I find something I like in the store, if they don’t have my size, I can look for my size on the website.

It’s Sunday at almost 12:30 and they were supposed to have opened at 12:00pm. Several people waiting in their cars. Finally see employees into the store but then lock the door behind them. Not sure if they’re opening or not…poor customer service and can’t be bothered to open the store on time.

Went to do some shoe shopping and couldn't even take time to browse what they had! The couple people that work there had horrible customer service and we're basically rude people. I do not recommend shopping at this store

Experienced a sorry staff worker in Leitchfield with a horrible customer service attitude, if you want to do good business; you don’t complain to customers 10 minutes before closing and direct hesitation to do service and refunds for their products that they bought from YOUR store just because your rushing to lock up and go home. We will be refunding our products and taking them to someone else who wants to give good service and business. Sorry experience. I’d suggest finding your staff worker a new responsibility, maybe including a promotion out the door.....
