One star if I could.
We reserved a uhaul here for a Saturday. It was already set up and I got the confirmation through day before. The text said that 730a is when I could pick it up.
At 830a I show up and the Indian guy who speaks 1% English says, NOT TODAY.
I told him that I had a reservation.
He repeated NOT TODAY.
I told him again I had a reservation, showed my confirmed text. He says nothing.
Calls an older guy and does video call and just holds up the phone...and keeps taking customers.
I can't understand the older guy either.
I tell him I just need to pick up.
He says something about calling.
But still can't understand him.
He hangs up after saying the clerk will give me a number.
I wait a few minutes.
The clerk keeps helping others.
I ask him, are you giving me the number? He sort of gestures like he is, saying nothing.
I writes something down...but doesn't hand it to me.
Keep in mind I have 5 others coming to my house to load this truck. The closest U-Haul besides this is Elizabethtown 40 minutes away.
I just leave, call the 1800 number and am told by the much more helpful lady who speaks clear English that I need to download the app, and do it that way.
Or course this was not supposed to be a self service location.
But whatever. Thank God I got it.
However we also ordered pads and a dolly.
I get home and guess what? Neither of these are in there.
Thankfully we get moved well and unpacked at the new place.
A different dealer accepted the truck near our new house and he had to charge me for "missing things" all because the first guys, THIS VALERO didn't do their jobs.
Thankfully U-Haul Corporate just today refunded the 320 bucks for "missing items"
This took an extra 4 days off and on of my time.
DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR BUSINESS

Stopped there for gas. A mile later on the parkway my car started sputtering and died. Could not restart.Still awaiting word on what the issue is. I suspect water in the gas.

Filled up here early in the morning, the pumps were very slow. Once my truck was finally full I got back on the highway, went less than 2 miles and the truck started running terrible! Developed a miss fire and went into limp mode due to bad gas! Hopefully this doesn’t happen to anyone else.

The Valero Gas Station in Leitchfield Ky is a wonderful place to stop. No matter what you may be in the need for, as far as quick items that is. Considering that this Valero Gas station is one of the smaller stations in town, they still have a large selection of items to choose from & the prices are very satisfying. This little station doesn't offer hot food like most of the other stations in town. However they do have one of the best attitudes, smiles & memories. On my second trip to the Valero they remembered me (that was impressive) considering how many people they help daily. My suggestion is... By all means possible Stop by the Valero in Leitchfield Ky. I think you'll be happy you did. I most definitely rate it ☆☆☆☆☆
