This is the worse pharmacy I have ever used they cannot fill prescriptions like they are supposed to then they will put in their computers that they filled your meds and charge your insurance company, but only give you a partial of your prescriptions and pocket the rest

Had to call them 4 times regarding a Rx they couldn't find although I confirmed it had been called in by my provider. The last person I spoke to assured me finally, that they had it and it would be ready for pickup in 1-1.5 hours. I arrive nearly two hours later and they tried to convince me that I did not have a profile and no prescription was received even though they had confirmed it on the last phone call. After I refused to leave, they finally found it and said ooops, we've been busy and never scanned it in. I had to circle around in the line and wait even longer even though I gave them even longer than the timeframe they quoted.

Slowest pharmacy I've ever seen. Always takes over an hour to get my "ready" prescriptions. Pathetic, I'm moving my prescriptions back to etown.

you gave me someone else's heart failure medication instead of my daughter's allergy medication... this was not only dangerous, but wreckless. I will no longer be using your pharmacy.. also $5 is no make up for something that could have altered her life permanently... smdh

This is absolutely the worst Walgreens pharmacy and worst pharmacy overall I have ever visited in the United States. They messed up my mother's prescription, the doctor called them to fix it, and when we got there it was still messed up and they offered no apology. They've messed up my prescription numerous times. Done.

Called to ask if they have a vitamin that my doctor told me to order on Amazon because my insurance wouldn’t cover it. Was informed by the lady on the phone, very rudely, that the vitamin was RX only, and then she hung up on me. Guess I’ll go to Amazon

They are so slow it is a joke. They told me today they were out of my medicin and it would be Monday before a truck runs. I only have 2 left. I need my high blood pressure medicine. It has been running high. I afraid I will have a stroke.

Lost two prescriptions, wouldn't investigate what happened to them, phone wait time is 20-25 minutes each time. Ridiculous!!!
