Go someplace else if you need your prescription. They don't fill hardly any someplace else fills and then maybe you will getit next day.

Ruddest staff I have ever seen. I spend a ton of money in there but they still act as if I'm stealing. I work everyday and come in there to attitude and following me everywhere. The blond lady with the glasses is nasty and checks even my $5 bills for counterfeit. I can't believe they still have jobs.

Every time me and my girlfriend go in there every single day and spend at least $50 every single day sometimes more closer to 100 and every time we come in there they treat us like we are thieves if something doesn't change we will go to corporate about this situation three employees will follow surround the whole entire time we're in there they Mark every single $20 bill we give them and don't do it to nobody else they act like they're stalking the shelves and they follow us while we shop and watches the whole entire time and make us very uncomfortable. They card us everytime. I have a job and I don't need to steal.

0 STARS! Leitchfield ky pharmacy is the worst around. Wait forever and always some reason they dont have your prescription. The staff is not in a timely manner at all. Been a costumer 4 years and its never changed. Changing pharmacy today!

No one answers the phone, and when they do they are extremely hateful. Will not refill my meds because they keep saying it's an "insurance issue" or they need a "prior authorization," when my doctor sent them repeatedly. Very frustrating and annoying. Would not recommend.

such ridiculous wait times, poor customer service. waiting 3 plus hours now on eye drops that would take them 5 minutes to pull and slap a label on. save yourself the frustration and find a different pharmacy.

They do not have a lot of medications in stock. It takes several days and usually a week or more to receive medications that are out of stock. My entire family has had a multitude of issues when trying to get a refill, or a new prescription filled. There is no other pharmacy in town that accepts Tricare so we are left with no choice but to put up with this. I cannot imagine someone easily confused trying to get their monthly medications refilled at this location. It is extremely frustrating.

If Walgreens would take the time take the time to answer their phone and give their customers courteous service then I would give them more than one star but until that time they're not even worth one star avoid at all Cost Leitchfield Kentucky's Walgreens try Walmart instead

This is the worse pharmacy I have ever used they cannot fill prescriptions like they are supposed to then they will put in their computers that they filled your meds and charge your insurance company, but only give you a partial of your prescriptions and pocket the rest

Had to call them 4 times regarding a Rx they couldn't find although I confirmed it had been called in by my provider. The last person I spoke to assured me finally, that they had it and it would be ready for pickup in 1-1.5 hours. I arrive nearly two hours later and they tried to convince me that I did not have a profile and no prescription was received even though they had confirmed it on the last phone call. After I refused to leave, they finally found it and said ooops, we've been busy and never scanned it in. I had to circle around in the line and wait even longer even though I gave them even longer than the timeframe they quoted.
