Employee & staff was very rude. Cussing at customers due to food being UNCOOKED!After asking for refund, manager cussed at customer and slammed window.Dakota G. Was the cashier. Both employer and manager had nasty attitudes & needs to be shut down!!Called another restaurant to get corporate number & I quote- the other store stated “this is not the first time of hearing of a complaint on THIS location”

My little brother is a fan of all things A&W so we took him to visit the HQ. Of course we only saw the outside and the Rooty the Bear statue but it made his day.
