Ive had AAA for years. Never had issues they’ve always been great. Tonight, that was not the case. My wife locked her keys in her car at her work. She is a member as well. I called AAA to have service person come unlock her car. The woman who answered was rude. She also put my wife’s phone number in incorrectly as well as telling me an incorrect estimate time of arrival. My wife was outside in the snow. I call back because my wife’s phone was dying and I wanted to give my number as a secondary in case they couldn’t get ahold of her. The lady I speak with this time tells me that if I put my number down as a secondary it’s going to be a second service call on my account. I asked her to please explain how that is possible and she basically talked in circles until she put me on hold to “go talk to a supervisor “. She comes back and continues to talk in circles and I tell her how ridiculous it is that I’ve been on the phone for 15 minutes just trying to give a backup number. I tell her that I am upset with the way I have been treated today by her and the prior woman from the first call and I tell her my wife is outside in the cold and snow for what was supposed to be a 40 minute wait time but is now an hour and 45 minute wait time and she literally laughed at me. I hang up with her and get a phone call 30 minutes later from AAA representative stating he has been trying to get ahold of my wife but she isn’t answering. I tell him the whole story and he states that oh I’m sorry I have her number written down wrong. (After I gave the correct number) This was a complete disaster on AAA. I pay a lot of money and have for years to be a premier member. I am pissed.

CHECK TRUST PILOT reviews. Most people get AAA for the towing. Peace of mind if you break down on a long trip. You would expect that someone would be there to help within 30-45 minutes… certainly no longer than an hour, right? Especially if your family is stranded on the interstate near a large city. Apparently AAA doesn’t share this thought process. I have needed a tow 2 times over the last couple of years and both times took around 3 HOURS for a truck to show up. Keep in mind this is after the app and customer service gave multiple false time estimates. This service is garbage. I will be canceling and spreading the word.

The lady that worked with me was very kind n patient with my triptik! It was a little hard to find. Bigger signage would have helped. All around great experience!

Called to talk to someone about getting a 3 day base ticket for Disney not the promotion that was going on that I am attempting to get online. Just wanted confirmation that the base ticket can be used for the same park twice just as if I was to purchase directly from Disney. When on the phone I could barely understand him through his mumbling, and when I asked to be transferred to someone who understood the question I was exactly asking he said I’m looking at it right at it with an attitude but kept referring to the promotion and not what I was asking. Sir I’m just trying to confirm before buying the ticket so my daughter can enjoy her 1st birthday with her grandparents. 10/10 don’t recommend calling as the costumer service is terrible on the phone.

This is my second visit to the AAA office. Both times I’ve been greeted and helped by the nicest kindest people.

Went in for a international drivers license. Took my photo at AAA. Everything was ready in under 20 mins.

TERRIBLE. planning trip to Portland ,ME became trip to Portland, OR. I noticed the error in time, then had to redo the entire plan. Assigning seats was haphazard. We had better options on website of airline. I will not be using AAA to plan a trip again.
