Went with my sister to look at a car and realized it was the same place my husband bought a car over 10 years ago. They were friendly, willing to work with us. Open to what work was done with the rebuild we were interested in. No hidden fees and were straight forward. Car needed brake pads and rotors and they fixed it so my sister had it in the best drive off situation. Would definitely recommend giving them a look. Got a great car for a great price. Thank you Mazen and to your nephew who was super helpful

I bought my 2011 Honda CR-V on 10-28-25 from Abe's auto. Mazen & Razi were spectacular and amazing! CUSTOMER SERVICE is STELLAR hands down THE BEST !!!!!!!! Great people. They repaired the paint on my auto, and buffed and polished it. They also cleaned the engine bay. Wow now the whole care looks great.

Excellent service, communication, and people to work with. Mazen was incredibly helpful throughout the process, answering questions and willing to have a pre-purchase inspection done. Terrible experience! Stay away from this place. No respect for customers at all. I was negotiating a car price with a salesman named Ghazi — instead of professional communication, he responded by sending me a picture of a
broken car (maybe that’s what they sell!) and then blocked me from the chat. Very childish and unprofessional behavior. Total sham!

Abe’s auto repaired the body damage on our 1999 van, service was very professional, and the vehicles looks great. Hopefully we don’t need anymore body work, but we’ll be taking it to Abe’s auto! Friendly staff and great prices.

I didn’t end up buying the vehicle I was looking at, but I was super impressed by everyone I interacted with at Abe’s Auto. I was looking at an older vehicle and they recommended I take it to a mechanic for an inspection. The inspection came back with a few issues I wasn’t comfortable with. Abe’s Auto returned my deposit and was understanding of my decision. Every interaction I had with them was respectful and kind. I appreciated their integrity and recommendation to have the vehicle inspected. Sometimes you don’t know what you’re getting into with used car dealerships, but you can have confidence working with these guys!

Mazen promptly communicated with me about the vehicle and answered all of my questions as best he could. He shared as much as he knew about the car, even the car's flaws. He let me take the car to an auto shop of my choice for a pre-inspection. He negotiated fairly with me when I came back with the auto shop's report.
He went above and beyond to help me find fair deals with auto workers when I needed to purchase a 2nd key and to replace my front wheel and tire after I got a flat.
As a female navigating the auto world in Lexington, I've had some bad and demeaning experiences. I felt respected, taken seriously, and I've learned a lot from someone who has a lot of experience with cars. I would highly recommend working with Mazen.
