Jon was extremely helpful and reassuring while we were buying our first homeowners insurance policy and trying to get our car insurance switched over. Adam is very helpful. He is great at explaining coverages and giving recommendations for what would fit our life best in all aspects. Home, Auto and Life insurance as well. He is always willing to go above and beyond for the potential customer in helping educate if need be. Adam McDonald is one of the best insurance agents I have ever dealt with. I was having a difficult time with a claim and he took the time to not only reach out to the adjuster assigned but also the contractor involved. He went step by step thru both my home owners and vehicle policies to make sure I had an understanding of what was covered and the deductibles associated with it.
