Based on the reviews, Adelaide Apothecary is a pharmacy with amazing prices and excellent customer service. It is the best pharmacy for those with insurance issues or who lost insurance. The pharmacy makes it very easy to get prescriptions, with lower prices than local pharmacies. They stay on top of things, answer questions in a timely manner, and ship prescriptions on time every time. Customers appreciate that the pharmacy saves their quality of life and future health. The call to set up a profile takes less than 10 minutes, and meds are delivered in the mail in less than a week. If there is a screw up by the post office, they figure out the issue and send it back by FedEx. The website could use some work.

    I was unable to ask for my refill ahead of time, but they were able to get it ready for me nonetheless. They did so without me feeling like I was inconveniencing them. Excellent customer service.

    I ran across them on Good RX when I was researching a cheaper price for my Mom's cancer medication! Wow, I'm glad I did. Spoke to a human, and got my mom's meds for a fraction of the cost!!!
