I wish I could give this place more stars. After dealing with a mechanic for the past 90 days that couldn’t fix my issue and kept wanting to just replace my water pump. Well finally after several mistakes trips there; someone recommended Andy. I got there, and before I even made it back to my apartment, I was called and told what was wrong, what needed to be fixed, and it was fair pricing. Knew exactly what he was talking about and his explanations actually made sense. I will take my business here moving forward and not a second thought. I never thought I was going to get that car fixed ??♂️??♂️

I found these guys by complete mistake but I'm glad I did b/c they saved me from a total nightmare. I don't want to make this overly long so I'll just say I don't even live in Lex but I'll be bringing all of my vehicles to Andy for anything beyond the most basic of issues. Pricing is on par with what you would expect for an experienced mechanic and peace of mind. My big thing is attitude. A lot of mechanics just seem to have poor customer skills so it's nice to find someone who doesn't talk to you like you're stupid or act like you're putting them out by asking to pay them to do the work.

My friend recommended Andy after years of reliable work on his own vehicle. Just the other day I had an issue with my key; when I arrived, he researched the cause of the issue within moments, gave me a clear and concise explanation of it, and various options of how to proceed. Had starter replaced on 2003 Corolla and A/C evacuated and recharged on 2007 Pilot, both on short notice. Reasonable costs and good service. Will use again.
