Shout out to MIMiE she's has excellent customer services skills she speaks with understanding & will double check before you agree/leave that YOU understand what it is your purchasing & that you understand your bill/billing cycle. The young man helping me was excellent, he was able to answer all my questions completely and to the point. He was able to break down the pro’s & con’s of several sets if ear buds, what made it so good for me was that if he didn’t know he was straight up not bs’ing me into a set that I didn’t need. Honestly I have been with Verizon, TMobile, Sprint & AT&T over 25 years and this was absolutely the easiest experience I have ever had with a phone company. Both employees that were there while I was were professional, personable, & knowledgeable about their products. 10 out of 10⭐️ will go back there anytime I have a problem as long as the employees who were there are still working there.
