Tre did a fantastic job. He thoroughly explained to us the various options available with our business plan at AT&T. He was knowledgeable and patient, and accomplished multiple tasks for each of us at the same time.

Our sales rep who’s name on his tag was Tre but he said his name is James was such a nice young man ! He provided excellent service even with a I-pad that was slow to load information! He was very helpful and was not frustrated with our many questions!

Walked into this store to purchase a brand new phone. Left the store and within the hour the phone quit working. Called and they asked me to return to get a new SIM card. A car full of groceries and had somewhere else to be we sat for 45 minutes. They returned to tell us to drive to Best Buy and have the Samsung bar look at the phone and tell us what wrong was. Upset, we left the store and immediately called AT&T who told us that is unacceptable and to return the phone. The manager Chris was HORRIBLE. Not friendly, huffed and puffed as if we were an inconvenience and never once helpful. Refused to give a new phone in exchange. We had to pay a restocking fee just to return a non working phone. So 3 hours and $55 later we are still without said phone. This store is absolute trash, PLEASE do not waste your time.

Clarissa was amazing. After 4 days , 4 horrible chat experiences, talking to a customer service rep and 3 trips to AT&T stores she got me completely together within 3 minutes. I was literally about to just pay my phones off and leave AT&T service and switch to Verizon but she did good by me and saved the day. Thank you again so much Clarissa! You rock!

This place has proven time and time again to be one giant scam and it is to the point now that it is unacceptable. We recently got the new IPhone 15 Pro Max's that released last week. I had gotten a promotional text about getting $1000 off with a eligible trade in. So me doing my research I found that the eligible IPhones went all the way back to the 12 Pro Max, which is the phone that I have. So we went in last saturday now a week ago and tried to get a new phone at which they told us they were all out. No big deal we can order them online and be done, and we were. We paid over $200 in fees and taxes on the phones and the man who helped us the first time was very nice and helpful even though he was a bit new (now that new but new enough). Then we waited for them to come in which we were told would be mid October. Luckly for us they came on thursday so we got them very quickly which was awsome, however, we did not realize how much we were about to be screwed. We wanted to turn in our phones today as there is no longer a reason to keep the older ones with the new ones so we walked in and we didn't have to wait too long. The man was nice at first and we told them we were here to return our old phones. He then plays on his tablet for a second and says that we have to mail them back instead of giving them in store even though the man previously told us we could bring it here since its a corporate location, though this did not satisfy this man nor his manager. We then witnessed the longest roller coaster ride of bulls*it I have ever seen in my years of life. We for some reason now have to pay $80 for out next month payments to be able to be eligible for the $1000 off even though we have no remaining payments for this month and have $6 in credit for next month. After a bit of arguing he then slithers his way over to his manager. We waited for about ten minutes for him to waddle back over where he then told us that only fully paid off phones were eligible for trade in. Sadly for the penguin this isn't true since no where did it say on the AT&T website that they had to be paid off. They only had it pertaining to the model but that didn't matter to these people. He said we would have to pay over $900 to be able to apply for what we agreed upon before. So of course im not taking that answer because that is unacceptable to go back on what we agreed upon only a week ago. But what was the mans response? "He was new" which was in refrence to the guy who helped us a week ago. That is a unacceptable reason for why we cannot get what we agreed upon and instead of just eating the loss and moving on he stuck by that bulls*it reason until we left telling us "im sorry for the inconvienience" when you know for sure he did not care in the slightest. Saying he was new does not mend what you are doing to us today and that will never be a excuse that anyone should accept. If they tell you that then go somewhere else because even Walmart had better service that this garbage corporation. So after all that he finally said it would be $271 a month for the phone plan which was around what we agreed upon and then we thought it would be over. As one finally middle finger he says that they may not accept my phone because it only had a few scratches on the face. Even though they were good enough for the last people a week before which by the way the new guy wasn't the only person who looked at our stuff since he had a MANAGER look over it since he was new. So its good enough for him, its good enough for a manager, but now its not good enough for this random employee and his spineless manager who ran into the back after he talked to her. If my phone is not accepted then AT&T will lose another customer. I could get a free phone at verizon but stuck with AT&T since we've been there for years. Loyalty means nothing to these people and never again will I step foot back in that store again. Never come here, go somewhere else that may be less likely to scam you and stay safe because you never know if

Was lied to by a manager about phone delivery date. Lied to me again about telling me their first Lie. Customer service is absolute garbage. Ain’t trying to be a Karen just losing money and want people to know the deal and how this store does business.

John and Luis were tremendously helpful and remedied a situation that had become odious. After being given incorrect information, I purchased a new iPhone 14 at Sam's Club. When I finally got correct information, I spent over six hours talking with AT&T customer service reps and revisiting Sam's trying to return the phone and cancel the new account, but all were unable to reverse the transaction. John and Luis accomplished it in under ten minutes.

This store has always had bad customer service, waited 30 mins and left. It is insulting to me as a customer, that it is acceptable for an employees, to tell another customer it's ok to skip the que to pay their bill, with a representative because the payment kiosk is not working. Hopefully the lack of professionalism and efficiency, gets improved this location just flat out, is by far the worst AT&T store I've been to.

I'd give no stars if that was an option! This store provided no help after AT&T sold me a defective phone a week prior. When I came into the store I explained to the little girl that I was from out of state and I had spoken with an AT&T team member from the store I originally purchase the phone and he sent me there to make an exchange. The original store of purchase, called this location to explain the situation and said it wouldn't be a problem just go in and ask for the manager. I ask for a manager and the little girl that I spoke with was very rude and condescending. She made me feel as though talking to a manager wasn't an option. So, I explained to her what's been going on and I was told to ask for a manager. She went to the back after our brief exchange, then came out and told me they weren't going to exchange my phone. I called the original store of purchase right then in the store. She was rude to him as well and disregarded the fact I just bought the a phone less than 14 days prior. Which is the return or exchange policy according to her. Then she told me I'd have to make an insurance claim and pay the deductible. Which seems a little ridiculous to me because the phone was not damaged and was a factory defect. She treated me like I wasn't telling the truth and that the AT&T employee that was on the phone from the original store didn't work for AT&T at all. If she would've took the time to look up my information, she would've known, where I purchased and who sold it to me. She would've also seen that I purchased two additional phones and watches the same day. Either way very disappointing to be a new customer and be treated this way. Unfortunately, I had to call the original store of purchase which is two states away to provide help. He overnighted me a phone when I should've been able to rectify the situation at this location.
