Came in to get a line added to our business account and after an hour and 15 minutes of trying, the associate was unable to help me. Their computer wasn’t functioning, then the help center wasn’t helping, then some other business help center was unable to help. A complete waste of time. Do not come here.

Horrible experience! Everything was done half way if at all. Wrong spelling of my name (even though they had my license in front of them) so when I called to activate phone I was not in the system. Wrong email address put into their system so it was impossible to get phone activated. Had to go to corporate store who pulled the account up, reviewed and found I was being charged for 2 watches during a bogo free deal, I was being charged for insurance on each individual item plus the insurance that covers everything on the account. I was never explained the rate plans and was charged for the most expensive ones. I was sold a watch that wouldn't even work on my account and this is where it gets even more ridiculous, once I found out all of this I took to the store to return the items and after being charged over $500 the day before I was only refunded $185 ( which doesn't equal to the amount I paid the day before) because the watch that wouldn't work on my account anyway had been shipped 1 hr before the store opened which is not even showing on my acount has been reversed. The representative, Harley, refused to cancel my rate plans or give me a printed receipt of any of the transactions because " our printer only works sometimes" Now I have been flagged for fraud because of the small amount of time these transactions took place and have been without phone service and wil be without service for another 24 to 48 hours until at&ts fraud department clears all of the unnecessary transactions that have taken place. Nightmare! Do not recommend going to this authorized retailer. Drive 10 more minutes and go to the corporate store. If i could give zero stars i would. This retailer is terrible.

I will grade zero star if I can. I got an iphone 13 from the store. The promotion was supposed to be $10.99 but I was charged for 20.88 a months and no one had explained this situation before I purchased this phone. Now since i noticed this issue, I was trying to return the phone so many times but the store could not give me a solution for it. They either said you can fix this problem in other att store(other store also kicked me to fayette mall att store again!) or their manager was not there, they could not help me to return.

Was having issues at Apple activating my new phone. Jeremy, the store manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful in getting my phone activated. Had me in and out with a working device in less than 20 minutes. Very appreciative of his hard work and dedication to customer satisfaction.

My phone locked up and I could unlock it or do anything for 4 hours. Jeremy fixed it 2.5 seconds. Thank you thank you!!!

My iPhone 7 worked perfectly fine for 6 years and, after having several financial issues, the thing finally gave out. I rely on my phone for work, so it was a catastrophic issue that I couldn’t contact my supervisor for 3 days or so, and didn’t have any money left to fix or replace it. After confirming the damage at the apple store, I turned to Jaylin and Josh at the AT&T store at the Fayette mall, and they were the most helpful strangers I’ve ever met. I explained my situation and Jaylin had found an upgrade due with my plan, and they set me up with a new phone. They said all I had to pay was the taxes up front, but I had not a dime to spare. This is when the manager, Josh, had taken his own hard earned money, and paid for the dues up front for me. I’m eternally grateful for the help of these two strangers, whom I had just met, and I sincerely believe these two gentlemen deserve a raise. If you are in the Lexington area, I highly recommend the AT&T store in the fayette mall. They made it possible for me to be able to keep making money when I was at my financial worst, and I have no doubts that they will take care of you as well!

Even though I came to the store very frustrated the young manMarQuaze Hill at the fayette mall store was able to patient enough to help me . He was able to find a new way to open my account on my I phone eventhough I could not remember my password to install my cell booster.Please visit this store if you are having a tech problems.

I'm an AT&T customer, I was having trouble with phone . While in the mall I decided to stop in the AT&T store. MarQuaze Hill was working, he was able to solve my phone issues. I would like to let AT&T know how outstanding of a young man that have working for them and that I'm much appreciative of his assistance.

Robyn is fantastic!!! I was so lucky to get her when I went in. She is so helpful and took her time while my 15,000 pictures uploaded to my new phone. She's one of the sweetest people I have ever met. We are so happy with our new service that works on our farm! We had terrible service through tmobile that didn't work at all and now we have amazing service! So so happy. Thank you Robyn! You rock!

Never buy anything from those people! They not professional and don’t have a clue what they doing. I signed for a 3 unlimited lines for 160 a month. Because a mistake made by the employees att charged me over 1200$! In the first month! It's been 3 weeks and I still haven't got my money back.

Jeremy at your AT&T store in Fayetteville and Fayette mall Lexington Kentucky is fantastic he is fantastic I do mean fantastic I is fantastic I came from Oklahoma and another and another store in Georgetown Kentucky is not fantastic E is not fantastic so luckily I got to come back a month later hes got to come back a month later and Jeremy who is fantastic is fixing my it's tastic it's fixing my phone as I speak and I'm forever grateful forever grateful AT&T you need to check your store owners and you need to check out your get your storms you need to check out your employees thank you very much
