MyiPhone 13 Pro Max will not charge anymore through the port. I had to buy a wireless charging pad that barely charges. And I have to take it out of my protective case to charge. The more I take it out the case to charge, the more the case doesn't protect. (Long story why).
Just wish there was another conclusion to charging my phone the way it was intended besides buying an expensive wireless charging pad that I have to dissect/fish out of the case taking at least 3 mins to do and situate it around to find the perfect spot for it to turn green and ready to charge.
It's a lot. Thank you for asking AT&T

Mellisa (Michigan) was absolutely awesome and made it very easy for us to trade in and transition. She was informative and provided great customer service. We were very pleased with her friendliness and attentiveness.

Upon entering the store, I was received and spoken to within 10 minutes. The only frustrating part was a time it takes to transfer information to the new phone.

It was not fully resolved because I needed to call in n they were closed over the weekend but Monday will return however my experience was amazing n rep was very helpful in providing a temporary solution for my issues

I don't know how it is that nearly every visit to an AT&T store ends in frustration and stress. They always find a problem that doesn't have a solution. This time, I went to upgrade my phone and watch only to be told I wasn't on the account, which I have been on for a long time.
So, I ask what happened to make me not on the account when I always have been. No answer, but lots of blame to point towards me. I always leave AT& T feeling as if I did something wrong and this visit was no different.
Something was obviously wrong on their end, but no one offered me a solution. Plus, im a 24 year customer. Once again I wonder why I stay with these guys and now I think it is time to change providers.
Guess what though, when I go online, everything is set up correctly, and I can make upgrades there. This is MESSED up. Thanks for being a consistent pain AT&T.

Had to last-minute walk in due to an emergency. The staff were extremely helpful and understanding in getting me set up with a new phone number. Will patronize this location again when it's time for me to upgrade my phone.

The employee was very rude and did not provide any convincing answers for my concerns, I have been with the company for 15 years and I never received a shitty service like this store.

Shawn (or Sean?) at AT&T Richmond Road Lexington provided excellent customer service today over the phone to a very, very unhappy customer. He helped me understand quickly what was happening and what my routes to satisfaction were. Since I cannot find any spot on my AT&T account to compliment an employee (wow), I am writing it here. I want to thank Jovanny and John for being so kind and helpful. We recently had to disconnect a phone for a deceased family member and both of them were very helpful and understanding of our situation. We appreciated them so much during this difficult time. I can't thank them enough. They are the best!!

Despite being a loyal business customer for 17 years and consumer customer well before that, the new AT&T store wasn’t willing to forego a trivial activation charge in concertinf my account to a consumer account. After spending countless dollars with AT&T, a singular, extremely disappointing visit and an unbelievable list of excuses, the fact that even the manager of the AT&T store couldn't give a trivial concession in order to retain a 20+ year customer is a sorry reflection on AT&T's confidence in their own employees. I'm only a single customer and don't matter to AT&t's bottom line and I recognize my insignificance- however, situations like this demonstrate a much larger issue and do not inspire further loyalty.
