Great guy! Knows his stuff, explained the process, and was patient in explaining the process of moving data around between the new and old iPhones. Our kids would've been fine with going home to finish the data transfers but Dad and Mama felt better sitting there at the store until it was completed. Our AT&T Expert set it all up and although he moved on to tend other customers while our data transferred, he stopped by several times to check and make sure it was all "flowing" which of course it was. This kid really was an Expert: you should get him teach all your employees how to explain what's happening when an iPhone is upgraded, because he doesn't make old people feel stupid.

Horrible experience. Online and through text confirmations a quote was settled on, for over a period of 3 years. When we got the first bill it was triple what was agreed upon . Went into store to show the confirmations and text thread between AT&T and my husband that showed a quoted price. They just said, sorry that’s not what we meant. Now we’re locked in to $1,200 extra a year for service and iPhones for the next three years.
Will never do business with you again after our 3year contract. Also, will let everyone know not to use you all.

I went to upgrade 2 phones this Saturday 8/31. Drew was amazing . He was helpful , kind , very knowledgeable . He was a great example of customer service ! This was my best experience ever with upgrading phones . Michael was wonderful as well . These men are real professionals ! I will recommend to family and friends ! Thank you !!

Sales rep was more worried about watching the Olympics and yelling and berating a coworker because he dared thought about changing the channel than helping me complete a pick up order. When an issue arised, they were not interested in explaining the issue and the ways it could be resolved. Just we cannot complete this order at this time and shrugging their shoulders. Treated me like I was a belligerent fraud instead of a reasonable person who had an unfortunate issue who was making calm and reasonable requests for needed information. ------ and see below reply, that cannot be replied to, nor giving direct contact information. That is about par for the course.

Was helped soon as I walked into the store..changed service from tmobile aka sprint..which I have had over 20 years just did not work alot ..the service..got a newphone and att works about everywhere..was really helpful in the store and had me switched around in no time
