We had no wait, the representative solved 4 problems with a smile and super helpful and attentive. We are very satisfied with the service at the Hamburg store, and because of the store remain loyal ATT customers.

The rep was extremely professional, didn't dismiss me for not having a good phone to trade in, like an employee at the Georgetown location did, didn't aggressively upsell us, got my mom an incredible deal on her new phone, and got me exactly what I wanted at a more than acceptable price.

I had a broken iPhone screen and the people who work here were very helpful in helping me find a cheap repair service. I was told that with my insurance it would cost $35.00, but when I picked it up there wasn’t any charge! Awesome..except the screen cracked again 3 days later secured in my bag??? I guess I should’ve paid! lol

Absolutely the worst experience I have ever had at an AT&T store!Terrible employee named Chris is super uncooperative and just completely lacking any sense of common courtesy, or decency!2 weeks ago I purchased a $1300 phone which turned out to be defective, and whilst talking to Chris about the issue I am having and expressing my concern for lack of their help, he wanted to call security on me for asking their help (which he claimed he was already helping me by doing the exchange)He refused to help me swap my data if I didn't pay the $17 protection cost, after already charging me $55 dollars for the restocking fee on top of what I had spent not even 2 weeks prior!(Which btw I spoke to 611 and they mentioned that it is in their company policy to wave the restocking fee of a phone if the device is defective)Overall I would give this store and my whole all over experience with AT&T complete 0!The only helpful person was the gentleman on 611. Grateful for that one!What a joke!

AT&T worst store ever2 bad major incidents in one month1) first incident:I was told in the store if I buy an Apple Watch and add a line to it , my doughter can use it instate of getting her Gizmo watch (knowing I have FirstNet not AT&T) so I bought the watch and the second I get the watch I was told sorry we can’t help you set it up or even activate the line you just pursued , you have to go the Apple Store we not allow to do that hereI went to Apple Store and found out AT&T in that location lied to me , and spoke to AT&T customer service and they confirmed that and had to cancel the line and the Apple WatchAnd the store management didn’t do anything about it2) The Second incidentI was told at that location I can upgrade my current phone and get 350$ toward IPhone 14 so I did upgrade and was told I have 30 days to return my old phone , I went yesterday to return my old phone and Lee from that location told me that I was lying and that my phone doesn’t qualify for the credit , I asked to speak to the manager and someone named Justin claimed to be the manager and I asked him to look at my account and give me the name of the person who upgraded my phone last month and he said I need to see your ID to be able to look into your account, I didn’t have it on me at the time and he said sorry I can’t look into your account or see any information, I was like so how come Lee was able to find out that I was lying and that my phone doesn’t qualify for credit without looking into my account, I simply asked that and all the sudden Justin start screaming and yelling at meSo I just left the store and they took my old phone and Justin followed me outside and kept yelling at meSo I said I’m outside the store so stop talking to meAnd i reported the store and the workers to AT&T and waiting for their actionThis is not the first time I get treated like that in that particular location , I’m not trying to accuse anyone with anything but been lied to and yelled at simply because of being me makes me wonder if these people have something against dark skin people with an accentOverall DO NOT SHOP AT THIS LOCATION

So att is lying to people again. The old bait and switch. They suck you in saying they will give you a free galaxy flip 5 on trade of your Samsung galaxy phone, even have a big banner in the store. I go in, point at sign and say, i want the free deal and hear, well its not exactly free. They lie to the public to get you in stores and turn around and tell you something different. Howw ATT has not been sued yet for always lying to people, I will never know.

I had the most pleasant, quick, and helpful experience at AT&T this weekend. Aaron was the sales associate that helped me during my visit. He was informed, respectful, commented on my pre-release Balenciagas and overall just a great young man. The South Broadway location is not up to par. They always touch my lower back inappropriately and whisper things to me in Lingala, the tribal language from DR Congo. As far as the Lexington stores go, Hamburg is winning in my opinion. Just in overall customer service.Thank you again Aaron.What color is your Bugatti.

If you trade stocks do not use att they will bog you down and it will cost you money. Theyre 5g is a joke. Right when you leave wifi stock apps cant even load or sign in. Garbage service
