Very satisfied with the service I received. Staff went above and beyond helping me get a friends phone set up. He was knowledgeable and solved my problem with great patients. Just wish i would have gotten his name.

Trevon is fabulous! He helped me transfer stuff from my phone to a flash drive, sold me an iWatch, and then transferred my old phone to a new one. It took a lot of time, but Trevon was patient, kind , and very helpful.

Josh was absolutely amazing! Not only was he very thorough explaining to me what it was I was purchasing . He also helped me with best plan that suits me !!! I normally dread coming into the store to do anything but he made my experience go as smooth as possible !

I want to shout out Josh. He was very professional however very patient and caring. For someone like me who struggles with electronics I appreciate that. He went through everything in detail. Often having to explain it several times. He’s also been available for me to call with questions. I don’twrite a lot of reviews however I feel Josh definitely deserves this. He was that nice.Thank you Josh.

Went to AT&T bought a phone and had a awful experience at a different store and went to this one, gentleman named Josh was so helpful and he actually fixed my problem that I had from the other store. I highly recommend coming to see him

I do not write reviews a lot, but a five hour trip that could have gone poorly was handled with care and excellence. Both Josh, Trevon, and another gentlemen who had stopped by the store were so devoted to making sure we had a good experience. We were switching companies because At and T had offers that our former service couldn’t beat; this was no easy task for them as we had 5 lines, 3 upgrades, 2 trade-ins, and a phone that wouldn’t cooperate. The phone that wouldn’t cooperate was listed as a phone that was accepted, but we could not get it to work. Josh stepped in and created a solution that was completely acceptable and absolutely above and beyond the call of duty. We plan on going back and upgrading a line in a few weeks and Josh has assured us that the process was going to be painless. I appreciate their dedication and the way that they treated me for the whole 5 hours.

I have never written a review but felt like my experience needed to be shared. For the last ten years, I have continuously traded in my phone through AT&T. By now, I know the entire procedure. When I first walked into this store I was not greeted by anyone. The manager, who I believe to be named Josh, was on a sales call pacing through the store the entire time. Treyvon was the only other worker there and was sitting with another customer. When asked what I needed, I simply stated that I was here to trade in my phone. While sitting with this customer, I noticed Treyvon was wearing headphones with music playing. I grew concerned when he told me to immediately go to my settings and restore my phone. I stopped and asked multiple times if my phone would be backed up, due to the importance of keeping all of my information. He assured me that my stuff would be transferred to my new phone. Once my phone is COMPLETELY erased, he looked at me and asked me where the new phone was. I looked around myself confused, only because I was never sold a phone nor asked what phone I was looking for in the store. Treyvon immediately straightened up and put his hands behind his head, realizing what he had just done. Finally, he takes his headphones out and begins to call this a "miscommunication" when in reality, he was not listening to me. As someone who works in customer service, I understand mistakes happen. But I did not find it acceptable or professional for a worker handling all of my personal information and data to be wear headphones when handling such a matter. After nearly an hour and a half, he was thankfully able to get my information back onto my phone. At this point I had wasted such a big part of my day, I chose not to get another phone from this location. Six hours later, I realized my phone had not restored all 60,000 of my photos -- causing me to be on the phone with a very nice and helpful AT&T agent for an hour. Due to her efforts, I was able to restore all of my photos.Again, I do not write reviews but I felt the need to share this. I understand long working days and am always appreeciative of workers who do their best, even if mistakes are made. This situation was just extremely frustrating as I was not listened to and told it was a "miscommunication" somehow on my end as well. Either way, I am grateful to still have all of my information and data - but I will not be returning to this store ever again in the future.

I come to this store every month to pay my bill and check out new gear and equipment. Their newest addition all though, may be a little wet behind the ears. Trevon is looking to be a staple under Josh Bryant's leadership and mentoring...! I love coming here...!!!

Treyvon was wonderful ! He got me in and out with a new SIM card smoothly ! Very professional and had a welcoming smile ! thank you so much ! 10 out of 10 I recommend! I will be coming back to him for the iPhone 15 mid September to have him service me for the pre order !
