The people there are always very helpful and friendly, acting as a go-to for any pool and hot tub questions. Salespersons are knowledgeable and thorough, explaining everything very well without being pushy. They show many different models and give all the options without pressure, never trying to talk customers into anything above what they want. The delivery and set up crew is great, arriving when scheduled and walking customers through the process. The entire experience earns high praise, with fantastic support and zero complaints. They provide excellent products and service, whether for a new pool or for chemicals and equipment. They are a very good place to purchase hot tubs and other items, and it is great that they service areas with limited resources and choices.
