Recently used AAA Tire & Auto Service - Northland Lexington for repair to my power window. Jeff, the location manager, was very helpful with providing me with an estimate. They worked with my extended warranty company to get the warranty reimbursement. I will definitely be contacting them again for any further assistance with my automotive repairs.

My truck had a turbo blow and I was not getting into my usual dealer for repairs anytime soon. Found AAA on Northland and they got me in immediately. Took a bit but the workers were all incredibly kind and helpful every step of the way. Even game me discounts for being a AAA member and a student. Highly recommend and will be back if I need more maintenance!

My wife and I were traveling from Mississippi to Ohio when I picked up a screw in a tire on the interstate. We started losing air rapidly and I went to several shops in Lexington, but was told they were already booked up and we would have a long wait. I found AAA Auto repair center and they were so helpful and fixed our tire immediately. We had our dogs in the car and could not turn the AC off so they actually came into the parking lot and were able to repair our tire there. They came through for us in a big way, so thank you so much.

Our van broke down and was towed to AAA tire and auto. Because our van was an older model. They worked hard to find the part. We basically lived in their parking lots for 3 days. They were so wonderful about updating us on the part and getting us back on the road. 5 stars is not enough for all you did for us

I took my vehicle to a shop because it was overheating and was charged approximately $850 for the repairs. However, a week later, the car was still overheating. I decided to take it to a different AAA location, but they said they couldn't find anything wrong. They thought there might just be an air bubble causing the issue, but after another week, the car continued to overheat. I brought it back to the same AAA, and this time, I was told the problem was with the air fan.
After this experience, not really a big fan of AAA

I went in to AAA to take advantage of the free oil change that they were offering, on January 20, 2025. I asked to have the free tire rotation and free brake inspection as well. The gentleman working the front was very nice, personable, and we had good conversations, said that those were no issue to complete, and would be done. My problem is, I never heard the impact wrench to remove any lug nuts for rotating the tires. I asked if they were done, and he said yes. I asked about the brake inspection, and he said it was done, so I asked what the life was on my brakes. He asked the mechanic, then told me 8mm on the front, 6mm on the back. Okay, exceptional service, so I thought. Well, my tires weren't rotated, and I know this, because two of them have bubbles on the sidewall, and were on the same axle as they were when I arrived. Thinking maybe I should have my brakes inspected elsewhere, too, because, who knows? I get that these services were free, but don't say they were completed if they weren't. They show up on my Carfax as completed, although they were not, and I cannot remove that for accuracy, only AAA can edit that part. Thank you for the conversation, but your mechanic isn't completing the job on the orders given. I think if I noticed not hearing an impact wrench, the guy in the front should've noticed, too. Thanks, but no thanks.

I hit a pot hole that popped my tire. Austin and Josh at AAA tire and auto saved the day! With smiles, they were able to get me in and out so quickly. I couldn't be more thankful for the friendly and exceptional service. Thank you so much!

Got my car towed here after it broke down on the interstate while headed to vacation. Josh was incredibly helpful in helping us diagnose the issue quickly and helping us get a rental so that we could get back on the road again

Charged me $176.59 just to **DIAGNOSE** a battery light. Told me it would be a further $900 to actually replace my alternator. Took it to another mechanic and had the alternator replaced for just $450, including the part. Foul scammers with outrageous prices.
