I had my battery changed here. They checked the battery and alternator, diagnosed all to be alright, and never pressured me to buy a new battery from them. I did it in the end because I knew the battery had to be old, and they took extra care to properly remove and reinstall the mounting bracket. Recommended.

Brendan went way above and beyond. Initially was going to replace a burned out headlight but after explaining how often I replace them, he recommended upgrading to LEDs, which I did. He even helped me install them in the parking lot during a busy. These folks are awesome.

I went to the store with a battery issue and needed some help diagnosing the problem. Brendon was such a blessing with his troubleshooting especially outside in the 35 degree weather. He was able to determine that I didn't need a battery, but just needed to charge it for a couple of hours. I have shopped in this store for years and I have always had a wonderful and helpful experience.

I went to Firestone first and he said that I should get a new battery and he also said he didn’t know why my battery wasn’t recharging itself. But I came here and Brendan T took one look and noticed one of the things on my battery was loose. He fixed it for no charge and told me a quick $5 bolt to buy and then my battery was back to working perfectly. It was also so quick I will definitely come back in the future!!!!

I came here with, what I would consider, a small task - I needed to change my windshield wiper blades. I haven't changed them on this car yet and wasn't sure of the sizes so I googled it and it tolde a size , one different than the girl working there told me. I took her suggestion, then ask if someone would help me put them on as the sign says they do. She said come back in an hour they were short staffed. Came back, different girl said those won't work on my car bc they don't sell BMW parts, including wiper blades... ok? Funny thing about it is, O'Reilly across the street had them on stock and put them on in 5 minutes lol....smh

Auto Zone stats they offer free Battery installation when you purchase from their store, as long as it is in a standard location with easy access. Just purchased a new battery for my vehicle ant their location and asked one of the employees if they could assist and was told “No, but I can give you some tools. You can do it.” Without even looking, or asking where my battery was located. Very unprofessional and Rude! Maybe he was having a bad day. Hope things get better.
