had a terrible experience at this store location. All I needed was a car key battery replacement and the guy who attended me was rude from the beginning. He took forever to put the battery in, which it would not be a problem at all if he was making any effort to be polite. After he put the battery in I paid and walked out and tried the remote to see if it was working. The remote was working but it wouldnât unlock my doors so I went back inside and explained to him it wasnât unlocking so he just gave me a look as if he was trying to say that there was nothing he could do about it but the other staff member (very much younger guy than the other who was attending me and very polite) was listening to our conversation and offered to walk outside with me to see what could be going on but the guy who was attending me interrupted the younger staff literally making the guy stop walking with me outside. Then he grabbed my car key remote and started to test my car from the inside the store very far from my car BTW and the lights were going on right but i was still trying to tell him that Yes the remote is working but itâs not unlocking the door and he simply refused to make any effort to walk outside to see what I was trying to tell him. And then he just looked at me and said that the only thing he does is to put the battery in and nothing else is his problem.
I will NEVER EVER put my feet back in that store because of this guy.

My battery died this afternoon and after my husband came to jump it, we figured out I needed a new one. Unfortunately, it was so dead that we couldnât drive it across the street to this location. Steven Henderson was an absolute angel, and came over off the clock, while it was snowing might I add, to change my battery for me in my work parking lot.
I saw on his badge that he was a manager in training, and I just have to sayâ I wish all managers showed the compassion and kindness that Steven showed us tonight. I genuinely canât thank him enough.

Fast a friendly service, looked up sizes for me even though I volunteered to do it myself and then went out in the cold to install the wipers for me.

Chris Dedman provided me with quick, excellent customer service. Iâve been in a bind all weekend with a dead car battery, and Chris had me in and out in 10 minutes flat! He didn't even hesitate during the downpour we had this afternoon. Would recommend, 10/10 service.

I needed a Honda key fob battery. The Honda dealer was going to charge me a lot of money. AutoZone sold me two batteries for 10 bucks, Installed the battery in my fob and showed me how to do it myself. This isnât the first time theyâve helped me out. They saved me money on what could have been an expensive exhaust filter repair, and showed me how to clean/unclog sun roof drains. They are my go to shop. I highly recommend this AutoZone store for professional, honest service. I feel lucky finding this shop.

This is more so a review of AutoZone in general, but my order was through this store. I ordered a part online that showed as in-stock at this store and promised next-day delivery for it. Youâd think that means someone from this store would deliver it to my house, since the AutoZone website makes you select a store and determines the shipping time based on the store you select. Nope, the part is apparently in a Louisville warehouse and still hasnât gotten to me two days later. Now it looks like itâs gonna be Monday for something that was promised to arrive on Friday. If you canât fulfill a fast shipping time, donât offer it in the first place.

Came there to see if they can check my car by hooking up there car antilizer computer thing and I know the other ones does it for free and she tried to tell me I have to do it myself or she had to charge me bad customer service they shouldn't have signs saying free if there going to charge so sad. Cause the auto zone on the corner of boardwalk and new circle rd always helped me and nicholasville rd always helped me with great customer service so someone needs to find out how come richmond rd one doesn't there's other people I know said the same thing about richmond rd so don't go to richmond rd if you want them to find out what's going with your car by running a car antilizer computer to your car they will tell you do it yourself or they will charge you smh

0 stars they donât know how to keep inventory even if you call yo see for sure they have it. You walk over 2 miles to get it and they donât have said part. Will and the young guy both need new jobs no where near customer service.
