Rachel is the new Manager at Aveda and talk about a gem. She helped us with product, called us back about a question we had and left the sweetest message. She seemed to love her job, and she was so helpful. I have always loved the Aveda employees here in Lexington but she went over and beyond. She makes you feel like she started the company herself. Love.

Any time I stop at this location every one is so warm and welcoming, I love spending time in this store. The employees really help you customize what’s best for your body and explain everything really thoroughly without being too pushy about selling. 10/10 service from everyone here! Thanks team!!

Tried to buy the men's shampoo but couldn't get waited on. Store empty and employee on the phone. This location is usually good. Looks like a trip to Joli's.

Sarah at the Fayette mall Aveda store was excellent!! I have been shopping and using Aveda for many years and the Air Control Hairspray is one of my absolute favorites, for many reasons :)Only a few times has the product clogged on me and in the past I would run it under hot water or wipe off any residue etc to get the can working again. Today when I realized my can was clogged I brought the product in and she took care of me right away! Realizing the malfunction was located inside, she quickly replaced the product for me. Super grateful for excellent customer service and for such great product. Highly recommend the Aveda store located at Fayette Mall.

I called this store because no other Aveda store or salon near me in Louisville had my mineral foundation in stock. Not even the Aveda website had it in stock. But the Fayette Mall Aveda store had some! I spoke with Terri (I believe) who located the foundation in the store, got it shipped to me (free shipping and some samples) on a Monday, and I received it on Tuesday! Thanks so much for the quick and friendly service. You saved me the major headache of trying to figure out what I was going to do if my favorite foundation makeup was completely gone!

Props to Joshua!!!!! He totally made my day!!!! So, I left my purchase in the Aveda store. 2 days later, after looking everywhere- including taking a seat out of my car (and put it back)- I couldn't find it. I only went to the Aveda store on that outing. I went there to redeem my 25% off coupon to treat myself to a bottle of hair spray. I know, in the grand scheme of things, this is not really important. But it was to me. I had not been in a mall in over a year. I had been fully vaccinated, wore my mask, and felt secure enough to make this special (to me) trip to Aveda to get this hair spray. I called the store and explained what had happened. Joshua remembered me. He had been the sales associate that helped me with this purchase. He told me to come back in to the store and would have the hair spray waiting for me. I arrived, it was in a bag with my name in it. He handed it to me and I went home feeling like a boulder had been lifted off my shoulders. This is probably only important to me, but as I said, this made my day! Thank you, Joshua!
