I moved into my beautiful home in 2018. Ashley Davidson was my rental agent, and she’s took on a few different roles over the years, from maintenance management to now, property management. I can honestly say she, and the maintenance team are who get 5 starts. Considering I’ve never had to deal with anyone else. When I needed something, I always call or email her, even though she isn’t my rental agent anymore. She always goes above and beyond to fix any issues or problems, and the maintenance crew is always spot on, I’ve never had to wait more than a few days or call about an issue more than once. They are courteous enough to email about anything before placing fines, the bushes in the front yard were overgrown and needed trimming, and they emailed me after an inspection to let me know, instead of just citing me for it. I don’t know how this review would look if I had another leasing agent in the beginning of my time with Ball Reality, but I am very glad I met Ashely and that she continues to take care of me after leaving the position of leasing agent.

I was with them for 9 years, every year the rent increased even during Covid when no one was hardly doing much and people were being laid off, it wasn’t until the last year I started having problems of my own. My rent increased over 100 dollars from previous year, I struggled some to pay it, even though they knew I was struggling and getting help to pay the rent fromCommunity action they still turned me into the court and it was an additional 300 I had to pay as well, they did that twice to me. Anytime they came out to fix something they had to do it twice because their maintenance people are lazy and sloppy, when they brought me out a new stove I HAD TO CLEAN UP after the maintenance people because they brought it when I wasn’t home. I specifically stated that I wanted a call so I could be there. I’m most generally a clean person and when I had to break my lease due to no job and no vehicle, I packed what I could and left. I felt bad about not cleaning but they didn’t feel bad about doing shoddy work when ever I would call them. Please avoid renting from them, they try to be helpful but in reality they will screw yiu to get money and that is the bottom line with them. They want your money and don’t care about the rest

First on the day of walk through to move in i noticed that the previous renters were smokers. The house readied of smoke. had to delay my move in 10 days. they brought in a machine to help rid the odor. the white walls had even turned yellow from all the smoke. i asked them to paint and they agreed 10 days later when it was time for the walk through again they hadn't painted and you could still see the yellow. unfortunately, i was unable to wait any longer. The water kept clogging the drains. had to call maintenance numerous times in the 18 months to have it repaired. which was at least 3 days after repair orders where out i. to get repairs. on move out had carpets cleaned. everything was spotless left a bag on accident in freezer and was charged a horrific removal fee. was charged 864 dollars for carpet when not even a stain could be found. carpet was perfect. i was the only occupant in the home. n had large rugs over the floor. they dwindled it down the whole 800 deposit and sent me a bill for 300 odd dollars. Pathetic. the lady that was suppose to do walk out with me on the Monday called me Monday even to see what time it was on Tuesday. i would not ever rent from them again. nor would i recommend to my worst enemy. this was hands down the worst experience when came to moving out. Left this property

they don’t give you details on what the required to rent from them they just try quote quote “ who ever gives me the checks first” which is how they make money off people with charging them for showing,holding, and applyingthey are just trying to get your money

My fiancé and I just moved into a Ball Homes Rental and have been very pleased with the application and move in process. Jayme has been such a pleasure to work with and was one of our deciding factors in choosing a home. Daria helped with the move in inspection and was also a pleasure. Kindness goes a long way.
