I was at this store and stopped in to refresh my smell goods selection. Normally, it's a great experience, but today, not so much. I have a physical disorder with my bladder from a crash c- section years ago that had left me with a very weak bladder, I even go to pelvic for therapy for it. I politely asked the cashier, explaining my condition, to use the restroom. She declined my request ( which is illegal in Ky, since I have a disorder that is covered by the ADA) and dismissed my condition, telling me to use the restroom at another establishment. Wouldn't be a problem, but due to other physical ailments, I have mobility issues. They need to show some compassion for the disabled in this community.

My name is Paige and I am a service dog handler i had a bad experience at bath and body works in lexington Kentucky i walk in there just to walk around and look at all of the perfumes and stuff that they have set up on the tables I got a really sweet q pond. in the mail saying that I had like a 10% off for some things from there. It wasn't worth it going to the bath and body works.

Don't think they know the ADA and if they do, then, they need to educate their employees more on service animals and know their rights as business owners my service dog was nearly distracted at the bath and body works store and it is not ok for employees to talk to service dogs when they are working i have also had a bad experience at the goodwill to and I have stopped taking my service dog to the goodwill in georgetown Kentucky because the employees were being really rude and disrespectful to my highly trained service dog this with the disrespectful employees and manager cannot continue to distract working service animals technically employees are not really supposed to talk to a service dog i will put on here for the public to understand about service dogs
🦮 it's best not to talk to a service dog while it's wearing it's harness or vest instead you should speak to the handler
Service dogs are working animals that are focused on performing tasks for their handlers it's important to allow the dog to.concentrate and not distract it
And Avoid touching talking feeding or otherwise distracting the dog speak to me not my service dog Bojangles if people say hi to a service dog while it's working it's not ok a service dog is a working dog not a pet
I love it when people educate. They're employees on service dogs its wonderful to have wonderful people.That will compliment someone with a service dog but please remember not to speak to service dogs they can't speak and talk they are very good at hearing. But my service dog hasn't been focused on me lately because I've gotten too many distractions by a lot of employees. And managers at stores i have stopped taking my highly trained service dog to the goodwill in Georgetown Kentucky, because the employees were rude and were distracting her without my consent. Always ask before you say hi to a service dog service dogs are not robots they are working animals that help individuals with disabilities. I am autistic. And i'm required to have a service dog like Bojangles to help me in different ways. That she can prevent me from thurwing temperatantrum That she can prevent me from throwing temper tantrums when I get upset sometimes i'm sorry about this negative review, but I will no longer be bringing my service dog to bath and body works. Shop, if employees distract her because Bojangles always needs to be focused on me not people

I usually refrain from leaving negative reviews, but I had a misunderstanding about the prices of Wallflower refills that I was completely unaware of. The staff I encountered were quite unprofessional. Instead of helping me clarify the situation, they simply handed me a shopping basket. A few minutes later, I overheard them, referring to me as "shady," and laughing about it. Please do better

I love the bath and body works stores. Their fragrances and candles are always wonderful. I really like their candleholders because they are beautiful! I go to these stores anytime that I am close to one. I am hours away from them. I can order some of their items online too. I do prefer the store better. I will continue to go by when available to me.😊❤️

Every time I have entered this location I have been greeted by a customer service representative. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They offer a very large variety of fragrance options and are always rotating out seasonal scents. They are expensive but they have good sales and only go during those sales. Sign up for text messages and/or their email newsletters to receive a heads up on the sales.
