Awful customer service at the check out line....waited in line several minutes to check out..a woman walks in ( never stands in line and she's seen immediately)! I was prepared to spend $3000 but decided to go elsewhere..best buy has the worst service!

Its Best Buy! This one will have a lot of folks ask if you need help when they are not swamped and leave you alone if you do not need any help. Every now and then you can find a good deal. If you EVER buy a scratch and dent item look it over. If you notice something additional wrong like a scratch that is not marked on the tag ask for a manager to see if it can be marked down more. I bought a 40'' tv that had a small scratch on the bottom right of screen. Got an additional fifty bucks off on it.Plus make double sure you are a rewards member because those points rack up and give you some free money to spend.Also, make sure to get the warrenty if you get an open box item. Normally, I would not get a warrenty but with an open box item getting the warrenty covers you for anything that might come up. Plus, the warrenty is cheaper because the item is cheaper. So, you are getting everything for less than what you would have paid for a the item full price. At least thats how I look at it.

Sonos ERA 100 sond great but are not worth the hassle. They seriously need to work on their support directions but having spent ridiculous hours getting setup and paired only to have ongoing intermittent dis connections with their app I recommed audiophiles look elsewhere. I rTe them a zero. 1 is bc that's as low as is offered.

I have never had a bad experience at Best Buy. Customer service has always been helpful. I can order from home and pick it up in the store, or order it and have it sent to the house. Usually in less then 3 days

We ordered a TV online for Christmas to be delivered. The delivery date was postponed 3 times. We finally canceled the order, went to WalMart picked up the SAME TV in one night and brought it home. Called Josh with Rock Star Home Systems he came within 2 days hung the TV and moved the old living room TV to the bedroom. Best Buy continues to have awful customer service.
